OK feeling a bit down today, I started the week good now it's done down hill. Any advice from my #slimmingworld family?
So today is weigh day. I've been 50/50 this week. Not sure what the outcome will be. But whatever it be I'm still proud of how far I've come
Sorry for being quiet the last few days I have a stinking cold. I've also burn my hand & it's infected.

@Niiiicolaaaa currently on it since Jan and I'm 3lbs away from 3stone! You can eat lots and lose weight. It's amazing!
So today I feel rough after yesterday, sore throat. I love this gadget to make my yogs into ice cream! Syn free!
