SSRIs did basically nothing for me. SNRIs weren't enough either, but an SNRI combined with a tricyclic and an atypical finally brought me relief. Takes a bit of alchemy to get there sometimes

Indoor/outdoor cat debate happening again. Idk man if your cat wants to go outside so much but it a harness and take it for a walk like a dog owner. Make a catio if you have the money. An outdoor cat is a harm to the ecosystem, an indoor cat is a well cared for friend :)
