We don't learn much when things go right. It's when things go wrong that we learn the most.

Most people need consistency more than they need intensity. Intensity: -run a marathon -write a book in 30 days -silent meditation retreat Consistency: -don't miss a workout for 2 years -write every week -daily silence Intensity makes a good story. Consistency makes progress.

Humans are imitation machines. We mostly learn what to do by copying those around us. In general, we imitate the habits of three groups: 1. The close - what are friends and family doing? 2. The many - what is the crowd doing? 3. The powerful - what are those with status doing?

Too many people ignore opportunities because they see only danger. Entrepreneurs ignore danger because they see only opportunities.

When I'm overwhelmed, getting outside in nature is one of the easiest, quickest ways to shift my mindset. I instantly feel so much calmer, so much more grounded and so much more able to get some perspective. What do you do?

Once upon a time, there was a girl who put her dreams on the back burner and did everything she thought she ‘should’ be doing. Then she started to prioritise what she wanted to do and things got exponentially better. The end 🥂
Doing the things you ‘should’ do vs the things your heart desires. Which, looking back in a few years, will you prouder of?
Expectation is based on your perception of situations around you. Expecting judgement, fear and failure means you you perceive situations as judgemental, scary and potential failures. It’s within your power to change both. Why wouldn’t you?
I don't know who needs to hear this today, but the gold is in the process. Pay attention to how you want to show up for it.
This month @fabgiovanetti and @amyleighton cover reliable strategies. They (try to) answer the million-dollar question: how do you establish a predictable income self-employed? creativeimpact.group/s6ep102…
