I think the next big shift in AI isn't about having smarter chatbots. It's about having AI that actually knows how your team gets things done. 😆 Companies don't need another tool that requires endless prompting. They need something that understands their operations and takes work off their plate. That's why @workmate caught my attention. The real unlock isn't replacing people, it's giving them more time to do meaningful work.
🤝 Paid partnership
Today, we’re introducing the Workmate Workforce. A team of custom, collaborative AI agents built around how your company already works. Workmates work just like remote colleagues. They're supported by our flexible, model-agnostic AI platform and the @workmate team of forward-deployed engineers. We turn your repeatable processes, past work, and institutional knowledge into long-running AI teammates that handle the legwork so your people can focus on what they do best. The leaders that define the next era will be agent first. The question is… will that be you?

Hyperliquid's underrated alpha isn't another trading pair. It's builder monetization. Third-party apps can earn user-approved fees on routed fills. Hypothetically, 0.05% on $10M in eligible volume = $5K gross revenue. No new token required. I think ecosystems get stronger when useful products can actually make money.

Ethereum L2 fees are getting ridiculously cheap. Median fee in February 2024: $0.20. September 2026: roughly $0.0011. About 180x cheaper, according to growthepie. Imagine swapping, sending stablecoins, or making small payments without stressing over gas. Not every transaction costs the same. But this is the kind of scaling normal users actually notice.

Posting 10 times a day won't save boring content. It just gives people 10 chances to ignore you. Try improving your next 5 hooks instead. Add a real stat. Make a stronger argument. Cut the filler. More posts aren't always more growth. Sometimes the content just needs to stop sounding like everyone else's.

Giving an AI your trading account sounds cool until it starts acting like a 100x degen. Robinhood's agentic trading plans emphasize user-defined budgets and guardrails. Meanwhile, its broader crypto volume hit $17.5B in August, up 61% MoM. That's not AI trading volume. But the potential distribution is interesting. Smarter bots are cool. Bots that actually respect your budget are better.

My weirdest BTC thesis? The next Bitcoin users might not be human. AI agents could eventually manage budgets, move value, or settle payments. BTC has a 21M supply cap and predictable issuance rules. Stablecoins will probably handle plenty of machine payments. But imagine Bitcoin adoption growing through software that has never heard an orange-pill podcast.

What if Solana's most interesting users aren't traders? Look at DePIN. Helium uses blockchain infrastructure to coordinate wireless networks, while Hivemapper rewards contributors for mapping real roads. That's a completely different game from swapping memecoins. The real question isn't how many tokens people farm. It's whether these networks can deliver useful services at competitive costs. I think physical-world crypto deserves more attention than another DEX volume leaderboard.

A 2K-follower account can have a better take than a 200K-follower account. Numbers don't make research good. I've seen small creators explain complex protocols in 5 lines while bigger accounts spend 20 posts saying nothing. Stop waiting for permission to have an opinion. Do the research. Let your content earn the credibility.

Would you trust an AI agent with $500 just because it has an Ethereum wallet? Probably not. Ethereum's agent infrastructure efforts are exploring identity, reputation, and validation. Payments are only half the problem. The real unlock is knowing who you're paying and what they're allowed to do. A million bots with wallets means nothing if nobody trusts them.

Cross-chain UX is finally getting less painful. NEAR Intents is teaming up with Sunrise to bring more assets and liquidity to Solana, starting with $NEAR. Less bridging friction, deeper liquidity, and easier access across chains. The next big adoption wave might not come from new tech. It might come from making existing tech easier to use.

DeFi mass adoption might happen without users knowing they're using DeFi. Robinhood announced Morpho-powered lending through Robinhood Earn. And its broader crypto business reported $17.5B in August trading volume. That's not lending volume, but it shows the distribution advantage. Imagine DeFi inside apps people already understand. Maybe the biggest onboarding hack is simply removing the need to learn DeFi first.

One research session = 3 banger posts. Explain the tech. Compare competitors. Challenge the bullish case. Same research, 3 completely different angles. I would rather publish 3 useful takes than recycle the same announcement 10 times. Content farming is easy. Making people want to read the next post is the actual skill.

Solana's biggest opportunity might have nothing to do with memecoins. Imagine paying $0.01 for an article, tipping a creator $0.05, or buying digital items without a $5 gas fee. That's where cheap, fast transactions become genuinely useful. Not every app needs a token. Sometimes the real alpha is making tiny payments economically possible. I think consumer crypto gets interesting when users stop thinking about the transaction itself.

You can call the market perfectly and still get cooked. Hyperliquid funding settles hourly. At a hypothetical 0.01% hourly funding rate, a $100K long paying funding costs $240 per day. That's before fees or price movements. CT loves flexing leverage. But the real degens know the cost of holding matters just as much as the entry.

What if Ethereum could verify almost anything without doing the actual computation? That's the idea behind EIP-8288. Instead of pushing heavy cryptographic operations onchain, users compute offchain, generate STARK proofs, and let Ethereum verify the results through aggregation. Less onchain data. More flexibility. A leaner Ethereum. I think this is where scaling gets interesting. The future of Ethereum might not be about doing more onchain, but proving more with less. Video source: Derek Chiang

Want to lose credibility on CT fast? Cherry-pick the green numbers. If volume is up 60% MoM but down 30% YoY, show both. You can still be bullish without hiding the inconvenient part. The best research doesn't need manipulated stats to sound interesting.

One day, owning ZERO Bitcoin might be the weird flex. Not because everyone becomes a BTC maxi. But because Bitcoin becomes as normal as owning stocks or gold. I think the biggest shift won't be technological. It'll be psychological. People stop asking "Why should i buy Bitcoin?" And start asking "Why don't i own any?" That's when adoption gets really interesting.

I thought the whole AI agent payment narrative was mostly another CT hype cycle. Then i saw Solana's x402 numbers. According to its September payments report, Solana handled 23.2M x402 transactions between August 22 and September 19, representing 76% of the activity measured. Now, that doesn't mean 23M people are using AI agents. But it does show something interesting is happening. Imagine agents paying for APIs, data, or services without humans approving every tiny transaction. That's a use case worth watching. The real test is whether those transactions turn into sustainable demand.

Unpopular opinion: Forcing engagement bait into every post isn't the growth hack you think it is. 🙃 Not every post needs to end with "Reply YES if you're bullish" or "Drop a comment for part 2." Sometimes you should just: Drop some actual alpha Share something worth checking out Make a take people can debate Leave readers with something to think about I used to think every post needed a CTA to perform. But the more you force it, the more your content starts looking like a copy-paste template. Asking a genuine question is fine. Begging for replies is a different game. If your take is interesting enough, people will naturally have something to say. Give CT a reason to reply, not an instruction.

Ethereum's biggest scaling alpha isn't just cheaper gas. It's making nodes do less work. That's where PeerDAS (EIP-7594) comes in, one of the key upgrades shipped with Fusaka in 2025. Instead of downloading every blob, nodes can sample data to verify availability. Less overhead, more room for L2s to scale. CT loves cheaper transactions, but barely talks about the tech making them possible. Sometimes the most bullish upgrades are the ones nobody notices.

Most people think privacy in crypto means hiding everything. But Zcash has a pretty interesting middle ground. With viewing keys, you can let someone inspect shielded transaction details without giving them access to spend your funds. Think about it. Your accountant might need to see your transactions, but some random dude on CT definitely doesn't. That's the kind of privacy i can get behind. Not everything needs to be public, and not everything needs to stay hidden forever. The real alpha is having control over who gets to see what.
