I got tired of opening four apps to follow one team. So I built And One: recaps, previews, stats and analysis, built around the teams and players you actually follow. Launching in November. What does your current NBA app get wrong ?

1 week into the season, the Knicks' on/off chart reads upside down:One week into the season, the Knicks' on/off chart reads upside down. Clarkson leads the team at plus 40.6, in 16 total minutes. Josh Hart follows at plus 34.3 while Jalen Brunson sits at plus 12.1 on a losing team. Karl-Anthony Towns at plus 1.4 might be the quietest stat on the board. Sample size warnings apply everywhere, but the bench earning its minutes faster than the starters is already a story.

Los Angeles Lakers lead the NBA in FG% at 55.1 and in 3PT% at 41.3. Luka and Reaves feed an offense that scores at will, the other end is a different conversation. Wednesday night, the Clippers, second in the league from three, come test that paradox.
22
Victor Wembanyama stacked 29 points and 10 rebounds, and the Spurs buried the Kings 130-103 on Tuesday night. The first half did the damage, 80-54, behind 39 and 41-point quarters. Deandre Hunter's 24 led Sacramento, Domantas Sabonis answered with 14 rebounds and 8 assists, nothing contagious. Devin Vassell handed out 8 assists as San Antonio's balance showed everywhere.
63
Two players co-lead the NBA at 4.0 blocks per game: Mo Bamba and Victor Wembanyama. Behind them, Chet Holmgren and Walker Kessler round out a top 4 nobody predicted, and Myles Turner is already erasing shots in Milwaukee. Rankings this early are noise, but a Bamba-Wemby block race is a storyline nobody had on the board. Where does this ranking stand by April ?
296
Luka Doncic leads the league at 34.3 points per game, and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is all the way down in seventh at 27.3. Austin Reaves is tied with Donovan Mitchell at 26.7, a top 10 nobody drew up one week into the season. Small sample, early season, but the old scoring hierarchy already looks rewritten. Where does this ranking stand by April ?

Cavaliers vs Timberwolves 127-125 Donovan Mitchell's fadeaway with 48 seconds left in overtime sealed Cleveland's 127-125 win over Minnesota on Monday. The Cavs erased a 15-point deficit, used a 36-point third quarter to climb back, then held on after Edwards' 3 tied the game at 121.
64
Three games into the season and Portland tops the NBA at +24.5 a night, Ja and Dame sharing a backcourt nobody in the West wants early, Minnesota right behind at +23.3. The Blazers won 42 games last season, way too early to crown anyone, but the hierarchy is already blinking.
11
Lakers 132-123 Jazz, and the card says everything, Luka's 52 points with 10 assists and 8 rebounds, the second-highest scoring night of his career in a Lakers jersey. Down 18 in the first quarter, the Lakers outscored Utah 45-24 in the second, Reaves and Kessler woke up just in time. 3-0 start, the West's favorite answered its only real question of the week.
69
Lakers down 51-35 in Utah, and the box score says it all, Luka 17, nobody else above 3, Markkanen's bank-shot three cashing in right after Luka's travel. The Jazz shoot 60 percent, LA 41.7, a 47-29 first quarter is the definition of no-show. Reaves and Kessler scoreless, the bench just checked in needing a miracle.
170
Jordan Clarkson is the most overvalued player in the NBA.  Reigning champion, barely any starts, and the Knicks play better when he sits.
98
Charlotte's bench just flipped this game, Naz Reid and the second unit turned a tied game into a 70-63 halftime lead. Miami is 0-2 and shooting itself out of October, 6 free throws for the Hornets at the half against 19. Giannis against a 1-1 Hornets team missing Coby and Kon, if he loses this one, the Heat talk starts in Miami tonight.
276
Luka's on/off rating sits at +47.4 through two games, the Lakers score 29.4 better per 48 with him and fall apart by -18.0 when he sits. Two games is nothing, of course !

🟢Celtics 107-103 🟠Knicks recap : Tatum's triple-double line of 36 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists decided a game with lead changes all night. Towns rallied New York late, five Knicks in double figures, but Boston's third quarter, 33-24, built the gap that held. The champs are 0-2, the East is officially wide open.
38
Bulls vs Bucks, 122-121 Chicago with 2 minutes left, first win of the season on the line. Rookie Caleb Wilson keeps answering, 17 points, 6 rebounds and 2 blocks, fresh off that fired-up block sequence. Milwaukee shoots 45.2 percent from three behind Herro's 31 and still can't shake the Bulls, who closes it ?

OKC vs DEN, opening night at Paycom Center, final score Thunder 96-84 Nuggets on Oct 22. Jalen Williams led OKC with 21 points, Chet Holmgren dominated the glass with 17 rebounds, while SGA fought through a cold shooting night with 17. Denver's scorers went quiet after halftime, outscored 52-36, and the champs of the West look just as deep as advertised.
78
One of these two averaged 27.5 points, 12.9 rebounds and 10.6 assists, the other shot 42.3 percent from three at 25.3 a night. Here's your hint: they're teammates. Comment your guess, the reveal drops soon.
7
Brandon Miller averaged 20.2 points last season for a team that won 44 games. Almost nobody talks about him. Here is why that is wrong.
20
The MVP vote went to SGA, but the Western Conference Finals went to Wemby. 41 points and 24 rebounds in Game 1 with blocks Shai couldn't touch. The stats say Shai, the head-to-head says Victor, so who takes MVP this season ?
34
Denver leads the NBA at 39.0% from three without a single elite shooter, just a system where every role player believes. The real surprise sits third, Charlotte, a bottom-of-the-standings roster nobody expected anywhere near a top-three shooting finish at 37.6%.
18
Two guards tied at the top of the impact rankings. Both at +5.8 FORM. Luka Doncic: 33.5 pts, 47.6% FG Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: 30.5 pts, 53.7% FG Same impact. Two completely different ways to get there.
