For the next two weeks, I'm setting aside 20 hours for one thing: talking to small businesses that find banking and payments hard. More than once I ended up talking to business owners who told me how tough today's banking system is to manage. Slow transfers, high fees, accounts that don't fit how they actually work (some receive payments in stablecoins or Bitcoin). Every time, I walked away wanting to hear more. So I'm treating this as an early user survey, and I'm keeping it wide open. You don't need to be established. You don't need to be in crypto or fintech. If you're a sole proprietor, I want to talk to you too. It doesn't matter where you are: as long as you're already running a business or planning to start one, I want to talk to you. I genuinely want to understand where the friction is, from opening an account to getting paid to paying a supplier. My goal is to speak with at least 20 companies. If that's you, send me a DM.
