Here’s how you can manifest your goals, dreams, and desires…
And it’s not by shouting affirmations in the mirror or putting a mansion and a yellow Lamborghini on a “vision board”
Modern teachings on manifestation carry some powerful truths..
A positive attitude…
Speaking carefully…
Avoiding negative self-talk…
Living with gratitude…
These ideas have deep roots in Jewish wisdom
But there’s something essential missing from the way they’re often taught:
We do not determine our own success
We have a responsibility to act…
To work…
To pursue our goals…
But the outcome comes from G-d
And the way we invite His blessings…
Is to thank Him endlessly for what we already have.
To ask Him for what we desire
To give generously, as He gives to us
And to pursue our goals with trust that He is the source of every blessing
This is the missing piece in manifestation…
Our effort creates the vessel
But it is Hashem who fills it
It is God who rewards the relentless positivity…
Who answers song of praise and gratitude with tremendous blessings
Turning manifestation into reality.
Chassidic Jews are so misunderstood
By both Jews and non-Jews…
The irony is that a movement so often viewed today as extreme fundamentalism began as a radical challenge to the religious establishment
Rabbi Yisrael Baal Shem Tov, the founder of the Chassidic movement, led a revolution to infuse the downtrodden Jewish world of the 18th century with joy, light, and meaning
Chassidic thought has a profound depth I’ve barely begun to explore…
But one of its central teachings has deeply resonated with me:
To elevate the mundane
To reveal the light and spiritual potential within every part of our day. Every life event. Every human interaction
To make the physical world a dwelling place for G-d
An ordinary meal, an honest business dealing, a kind word to a stranger… each becomes an opportunity to bring holiness into the world
Yet so much of this gets lost in how people perceive Chassidic Jews
Behind the unfamiliar dress and customs is a rich spiritual tradition with so much to teach us…
And this is my humble attempt to share a little of its light
Building wealth from cashflow and high income is an amazing grind
Chipping away week after week…
Gambling capital on advertising and customer acquisition…
Rollercoaster of constant wins and challenges
Stashing away profit and investing into equities, real estate…
Weighing the importance of tax strategy with wealth creation
So grateful to be a player in this amazing game
Hashem is constantly working and operating behind the scenes in such a way that is far beyond human comprehension!
We cannot see the master plan
Where things are headed
Why certain challenges are presented at certain times
Why certain people our lives to play certain roles
Why pain and tragedy exists
But we are never alone
G-d is always with us
Guiding everything meticulously and perfectly for the good!
I remember watching Adam Robinson on Moneywise months ago
So tragic
May he and his family rest in peace
I’m actively buying portfolios of single family homes…even with today’s rates
Nice $110k houses with $1500 rents in good areas pencils at 8% rates
It’ll cashflow today, generate a significant tax deduction this year…
And build tremendous equity over time
You marry the property, not the rate..
Can refi if and when rates flash drop in next 15 years
When rates double
I’m going to bring property management in house for around 30% of my rental portfolio and see how it goes

How to create a huge source of monthly recurring income from real estate:
Put $1,100 tenants in $79k houses
Has anyone had a good experience buying construction equipment on 90%+ LTV and claiming a 100% deduction of purchase price against active income in year 1?
Exploring white hat ways to reduce taxable income outside of buying real estate and accelerating depreciation with wife qualifying as REPS
It’s absolutely incredible, but I don’t want my portfolio to be majority illiquid real estate
Which it will be if I stay on my current trajectory for another couple years
I’ve been investing more aggressively into real estate than stocks this year
Why?
My wife qualifies as a real estate professional and we claim massive deductions from buying real estate that mitigate my tax liability
Equity markets have also continued to soar and hit new all time highs
If we were in the midst of a 10, 20%+ pullback, I’d be allocating more aggressively to equities
As of today, 55% of my net worth is in stocks, and 45% is in real estate
Heading into next year, I’m going to plan on being more aggressive into stocks and shoot for a 65/35 split
Demand constrained businesses are forced to have incredible marketing to achieve decent scale
A biz op info offer with amazing fulfillment will go nowhere without phenomenal marketing
The barrier to entry is 0 so you can start making great money very quickly
But competition is fierce
Supply constrained businesses - if their fulfillment and operations are strong - can scale to 9 figures with decent, at best, marketing
A roofing business with good fulfillment and decent marketing can achieve huge scale
The barrier to entry in these service businesses is higher than info, so it takes longer to make money
Every business has its characteristics
Every industry has its pros and cons
Nothing is easy
Everything is hard
You need to be a savage to achieve material success in any vehicle
2020 Tiktokers are probably so jealous of info, Ecom, agency guys
They made a lot of money in their 20s
But all crashed and burned or are well past their prime
Meanwhile, a few thousand of us have exploited the internet to print aggressively for years
Without shaking ass or chasing clout
The second a guru makes a video about the need to “get out of your hometown” is when I lose all interest in watching their content
Bro what does that even mean?
The average arc for a person is to go to college at 18 and upon graduation at 22, they go work in a major city
It’s only absolute failures that stay in their hometown living at home till 25+ years old
Why do they act like the default route people take is staying in their hometown as an adult?
No one does that
Look how evil the Jews are!
Those bastards have invented the overwhelming majority of the technology that has made our quality of life exponentially better than any other point in human history!
