#eurostar management upon hearing that people are still using their services!

Who had the bright idea to construct a trainline that travels from the UK into and across mainland Europe and thought it would be an efficient and fun way to travel. 1st and last time. @Eurostar what a horrible experience.

Unreal I have been a victim of hacking and fraud on my #ba account and there is no way of reporting it. They don’t answer phones , or what’s app. @British_Airways what the hell is wrong with you. #britishairways

So I have just had it confirmed by @British_Airways that if you are a victim of fraud or your account has been hacked there is nobody who you can speak to directly you have to go through the customer service line which they do not answer. What an absolute disgrace they are.
