Hit him with buck shot at a distance. He’d survive but he’d be in a wheelchair and on crutches for awhile.

As a recording engineer I’ve always been blown away that Shazam exists. Music through a random speaker, in a crowded place, going through a microphone on any phone can magically tell you within seconds what song it is by comparing it to every song ever made should be impossible.

Anyone have advice on delaying receiving funds for the sale of a property?
Selling on one of my places and I’m pretty sure next year will be a lower income year (too much detail to go into here) Hoping I can somehow delay getting the funds till 2025 without delaying closing.
OR structure closing to happen later and allow them to move in earlier. Thoughts?
