Have you been assessed for #ADHD or are you on a waitlist here in Australia? I get asked multiple times a week for names of psychiatrists who are currently taking patients for assessments.
Please add your psych's name here to help others get appts ❤️ docs.google.com/spreadsheets…
Hey @Philips. I've been trying to get my air purifier fixed under warranty for 6 months and am getting the run around. I've noticed you have 1star on Trustpilot for illegally dishonouring warranty claims. I'm out of pocket $550 and have no air purifier.

The Ed Stafford show, 60 days on the estate has a local community guy in Easter house, he said when asked about crime in the local area, neglect, that was the biggest crime, neglect by central and local government.
He's correct.
If you have ADHD or dyslexia and struggle with reading on your Mac, you might like the Glide app. It’s currently free! I bought it last year and it got me through all my class reading :) – at Melbourne, Victoria

A thread to explain the reasons why it is important to care for the mouth if you have #COVID.
If you don't have time to read is all, here is the mouth care guidance (patient information sheet) we are providing our patients @SalisburyNHS ...

Just made the mistake of checking my HECS debt and the amount I paid off it last year is only FOURTEEN DOLLARS more than the indexation it just got hit with.
It is absolutely insane to me that it's indexed before the year of payments gets processed.
Why would a bank call me direct and ask me to give them my personal details over the phone to identify myself to an unknown phone number? Scammer 101 you’d think, except it’s actually @BankofMelb. Absolutely atrocious security practices! – at Melbourne, Victoria

👀Look here—Australian🇦🇺 COVID death data I trust because they don’t suppress data or limit testing as much as other places. 🇦🇺 May 2023 #COVID mortality to date is already 4x their 2020 and 3x their 2021 deaths. And flu deaths are low comparison, even their bad flu 2019 season. ➡️COVID is now Australia’s third leading cause of death. In 2023 ten times more people will die of COVID than die in car accidents.
Thanks @k_eagar
Did you know an ambulance in VIC costs $1350? I didn't either. But having ambo cover saved my life when I had my stroke because I was worried about getting to the hospital, and not the bill. If you don't have ambo cover, it's only $50 a year: ambulance.vic.gov.au/
I’ve been using a walker for the past 3 weeks due to a stroke and have realised how utterly inaccessible the world is. Places that say they are accessible actually aren’t, the footpaths have huge cracks that constant obstacle courses, and people don’t even move out of your way!! – at Melbourne, Victoria
Does anyone know how to *lower* the contrast on a Mac? Either by default or with a third party app? Turns out my stroke left me with contrast sensitivity and all I can find is this: apple.stackexchange.com/ques… #accessibilityfail

I'm in this group and I feel really let down and I'd even go so far as to say violated now. It was supposed to be safe space.
@RCars0n1 - I'm not far from you. Please can we meet so we can talk about how we mitigate the damage you've done to our community? I'm sure it wasn't intentional.

Reasonable accommodations/adjustments by default in the workplace: I know I saw a great article from someone in Australia a few months ago - does anyone recall this? Google is not helping me! I swear I saw it on LinkedIn. #DisabilityTwitter

Just got this from friend
‘Hi Sam, In addition to NDIS slash in budget, did you also know they have cut the National Disability Coordination Officer Programme? NDCOs have until Sept to wind up all their projects. Program essential to PWD pathways in regional areas.’
