I legitimately don’t understand how this company is still in business. This is exactly why people shouldn’t be forced to use one company for services. @washingtongas
Their online system does work either. Somehow managed to “delete” my service request for gas on MAY 3

I’ve had ONE customer service agent that was actually helpful, who reached out via Twitter. They don’t answer their phone lines, their call back system doesn’t work, and their techs don’t call ahead or seem to care @washingtongas
If anyone ever has to use @washingtongas run in the opposite direction. We’ve been a week without gas - which means no cooking or hot water - and been left hanging EVERY SINGLE DAY.
