saw a couple at the gym recently, the guy knew the chops , the girl was fairly new to gym, but she was dressed well , so i’m assuming she tagged along by her own will, this dude made her do shoulder presses with IMAGINARY weights , and that too SLOWLY , she did the movement for 3 sets and then he made her count while he did his set with actual weights,
how do you progressively overload here ?
because lets be honest, we have a fleet ranging from decent to downright shitty stuff viz. air india, indigo, akasa and spicejet
spicejet needs an exorcism or MBB consultants doing the actual brain work because it takes special talent to be consistently bad and somehow remain that way
and honestly if you’re booking spicejet, you’ve lost your fighting privileges with the ground staff because delays and cancellations are practically inevitable the moment the money gets debited from your account,
when i see videos of people heckling with the staff , i find it amusing because what were you thinking when you booked spicetjet ? and if your life is hanging by a thread why on earth would you book spicejet?
and honestly, if everything is on time, i’d be scared for my life because it could only mean one thing : the plane just got hijacked by some terrorist org.
the fact that we’ve collectively accepted this level of mediocrity appalls me, are we competing with ryanair here or what?
