came across a guy who sends 10 million cold emails per month for one of his clients.
blew my mind...
i think im starting to get a sense of what and how he sells in a sales calls. im like...shit man i need to do this.
they think buying 10 domains, 30 mailboxes
and Smartlead + Clay + Apollo subscriptions
would get RESULTS.
who will tell them the truth?
most GTMEs i see are workflow builder, not knowing the true sauce.. it is not being good at clay
but being good at creating offers that are HARD to say NO to
The Clay Boom is over.
I couldn’t be happier.
2023. Very few cold email senders. I was among the top 10–20 Clay Experts on the page.
2024. The Clay boom started happening, and the market got crazy attention. I could sell a 10K/month retainer with one call and in 3 days. Did it multiple times.
2025. The market got more crowded. I sold so many GTME training programs I couldn’t count them. Literally bought houses with that. It was partially my fault that the market got so crowded.
2026. The market is now crowded with super low-level GTMEs. Everybody is a GTME. Nobody can get results. Every company tries to build internally, then the pipeline stalls.
So here I am again with a new offer, selling the outcome and bringing results in 48H.
Tech moves fast, you gotta learn how to surf.
P.S. I am pretty sure I already saw the photo somewhere, but I can’t find the owner anymore.

there’s a trend im seeing
new cs grads / tech ppl opting for gtm roles
thinking it would be technical work
later to realise that it’s mostly copywriting and list building
actual tech work is done by claude lol
GTM systems to acquire ecomm brands as your customers
this playbook booked 200+ meetings for one of our clients
GTM system to target ecom companies 👇
step 1: find the right companies
use StoreLeads to find ecommerce stores running on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
you can filter them by revenue, tech stack, whether they run ads, and much more.
step 2: find the right people
take this company list and use AI Ark, Blitz, GetLeads, Prospeo, or LeadMagic to find people working at these companies.
target the right people based on your offer. it could be the head of marketing, engineering, a VP, director, or even the founder.
step 3: find reasons to reach out
use tools like perplexity, jina AI, exa or apify to find out what these companies are up to.
are they hiring? did they raise funding? launch a new product? get mentioned in the news?
these signals give you a reason to reach out.
step 4: write personalized emails
send all this data to Claude or ChatGPT through an API.
use the company details, the person's role, and recent signals to write emails that feel relevant to each prospect.
step 5: launch your campaigns
push the leads and email copy into SmartLead, set up your campaigns, and start sending.
that's the whole system.
find companies → find decision-makers → spot signals → write personalized emails → launch campaigns.

you move forward in life when you help others move forward.
make it a habit to help people without expecting anything in return.
one day, in ways you never imagined, it all comes back to you.
4:10 hr restorative sleep
this is my 3rd best ever sleep in a year.
what changed?
> slept early
> had Mg before sleep
> 130gm protein in a day
> early dinner
> multi-Vita + Omega 3 after dinner
> creatine before gym in morning
> drank more than 5 ltr water
thats why you should send cold emails
The average business owner checks their email 15+ times/day
Assuming they work for 8 hours/day
That's once every 32 minutes
And it's purely for business purposes
Whereas with social media ads and organic content, 90% of people are just scrolling through their news feed watching brain rot
So when you send a cold email, you're not exactly competing with cat videos and motivational speeches for your prospects' attention
You're literally contacting established business owners in the one place they consistently use for business communication
That's why cold email is superior

hey, i'm ankit 👋
i did masters from iit bombay, tried startups, failed, built countless apps, and made money on the internet.
here's the journey so far...
1/ i always wanted to build a startup since i was a kid.
even in college, i tried a couple of ideas.
after iitb, i started a venture with a batchmate. we ran it for a year, but it didn't work out.
so i tried again.
2/ my next startup was LinckUp.
we applied to Y Combinator and got shortlisted for interviews. we did 2 interviews with YC.
but we didn't get in.
my tech cofounder also left along the way.
it sucked, but it taught me a lot about building startups.
3/ then i discovered Bubble in 2022, a no-code app builder.
i realised i didn't have to wait for a technical cofounder to turn my ideas into products.
so i went on a building spree and built 10-12 apps in a year.
4/ one of those projects was DottyPost.
i built it entirely with no-code tools and started making meaningful revenue from it.
that was a big moment for me.
i realised you don't always need funding, a big team, or a fancy setup to build something people will pay for.
5/ but building a product was only half the game.
i kept meeting founders building great B2B SaaS products and agencies who struggled with one thing:
getting customers.
they could build and deliver.
but GTM was a different story.
6/ i started helping a few friends with their GTM.
one project led to another.
eventually, i turned it into LeadPlus, a full-fledged GTM outbound agency.
cont...
if you don’t know how to turn $25/mo claude subscription into automated outreach system,
you’re not a startup founder
Better copy + accurate lead list. that's 90% of the game.

7/ today, we help global B2B SaaS companies and agencies build GTM systems to find the right prospects, start conversations, and generate pipeline.
i'm obsessed with GTM, AI agents, outbound, and finding better ways to help B2B companies grow.
so...
i'm here to connect with people building in similar spaces:
- B2B SaaS founders
- GTM engineers and operators
- agency owners
- indie hackers and bootstrapped founders
- people building AI tools and agents
if you're building something interesting in any of these spaces, let's connect.
