I don't think you understand how offensive it is a South African to hear that speaking against apartheid is antisemitism. Apartheid wasn't even half a century ago, my parents were adults when it ended. It is more recent than the Holocaust. We're being told that there are circumstances where Apartheid is acceptable (Palestine) and it is necessary bc Palestinians are dangerous for Israel (Swart Gevaar). We're seeing Apartheid propaganda being used against Palestinians while anyone who call it out it told they're bigots.Some people who were born South African Apartheid aren't even of retirement age. The international community is constantly telling us that it would never allow what happened to us to happen again while defending it happening to Palestinians.
The first people to call what is happening in Palestine "Apartheid" were Anti-Apartheid activists like Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. Why are J*wish feelings being centered more that South African voices on this? More importantly why are Palestinian's lives beng considered less valuable than the feelings of American J*wish people living in mansions?
