For some strange reason, I felt we had something close to a proper a test side and expected to see an improved performance today. However, it was an ugly display and we huffed and puffed against a Japanese second string to an underwhelming result. 😬

At least the wings and fullback actually got some decent ball to use.
What the hell is going on with the lineout though, can't just give away possession all the time

WRN Wales members took to the streets of Carmarthen today to spread the word about the dangers of mixed-sex changing rooms in clothing stores, as part of our Red Flag Campaign.
Lots of interesting conversations, including:
🚩 The teenage girls who told us they liked it when it was just girls in shop changing rooms (more fun) and they didn’t like boys in their toilets at school either.
🚩 The dads of daughters who fear for their safety in mixed-sex spaces.
🚩 The women who won’t try clothes on in store because ‘I don’t want to be in a cubicle next to a man’.
Our message to retailers… customers don’t like mixed-sex changing rooms.
The safest changing room is a single-sex changing room.

On Remembrance Sunday Lisa Nandy has claimed that no one in Britain has had to fight a war since WW2.
What about the 7,193 British soldiers who have sacrificed their lives in conflicts ranging from the Korean War to Afghanistan?
While she erases their service, the country will never forget their bravery.
Remembrance Sunday is a sacred day, not to be cynically used by Labour to justify closer ties to the EU. Whatever the merits of their argument - and I believe reopening the Brexit wars is both a colossal waste of energy and a strategic disaster when national sovereignty is more important than ever - this is not the day for it.
It’s disappointing that Nandy and Andy Burnham, who presumably agreed to this, have failed so badly to meet the moment.

Oxford Street is full of people wearing Hogwarts scarves! 😂The security guy at the new Harry Potter shop on Oxford Street tells me there is currently just a ‘short’ wait – only 20 minutes – and that they have had >8000 visitors a day so far

One of the greatest games of football I’ve ever seen. This young @CardiffCityFC team are a joy to watch, won’t take a backward step, won’t bow down in face of adversity, go toe to toe with anyone. They are an absolute credit to the shirt, fab fans drove them over the line. Wow!!

A Coventry City fan has donated this commemorative 1987 medal to the family of Bradley Lowery, as an apology for what happened at the CBS Arena when Sunderland visited last week. The person who donated the medal believes the family could run a raffle in order to raise funds for the Bradley Lowery Foundation.
After getting the gift, Bradley's family took to social media to say:
"This unbelievable donation arrived in the post to us this week, and it has me truly speechless. To donate something so special purchased by someone so important, is so selfless and kind
This donation did not arrive with a contact address so if this is from you, please let us know❤"
Which ever Coventry fan donated this medal, you are a complete legend 👏🏻
