The thing i’m most pumped about is being able to click “view on explorer” and get linked out to Fuels block explorer and see exactly what happened.
The tx hash signed is an evm style tx hash, this gets linked out to the actual fuel tx hash. All the heavy lifting is handled by predicates that validate the entire transaction envelope.
An small but important piece of ux
This will soon be possible. Sending native assets on @fuel_network directly from your EVM wallet. Full transaction. On-chain receipt.
No new keys. Bring your wallet.

Things are about to get much nicer for MetaMask users on @fuel_network. Adding native assets directly to your wallet 🦊
Been pretty quiet on socials lately. Some updates 🧵
First up, whats going on with Zap - we have been in the cave tweaking deployment, ironing kinks and polishing some of the finer points like transaction hashs linking back to the fuel explorer. Some may say this is wasted time, but honestly, Zap is about UX. Some other points that are not critical UX we will be rolling out as updates. Things will be happening, changes are coming. Targeting December. Im very excited.
Life - its been a crazy last four months. A lot of things have been on my mind. Sustainable defi, future outlook. What products are actually worth building and building right. What products add value and have original thought (or at least move the dial). I see DeFi going through an interesting meta right now where privacy has taken the main stage again. But there is still a host of products (or marketing) adding only bolt ons, to otherwise “old tech”. Thats not to shit on anyones work. The reality is, solving difficult problems is hard, time consuming and resource intensive. Most dont want to do it, and the only people that loose out is the users, having to accept average.
Im lucky to be surrounded by people that give a shit about a better experience in defi. Have been supported by people that have real conviction to try for better.
Im optimistic and excited about the future.
What does privacy mean to 🫵 ?
A pseudonym.
Zero visibility on your data.
Zero visibility on your money & assets.
How difficult should privacy be to achieve before it becomes your standard ?

Your existing wallet doesn't need to learn new tricks. Zap bridges the gap between what you know and where crypto is going, same keys, 100x better experience.
Massive! Cant wait to re-live to our conversation. I had an amazing time on the pod
Episode 2 of Stateless is here.
Featuring @antonyburrows_, founder of @ZapPayment .
Zap is building the rails for everyday crypto payments on @fuel_network, infrastructure that has to be invisible and reliable at the core, yet simple enough for anyone to use.
We talked about the origins of the idea, what it feels like to be a founder pre-launch, the weight of coordinating a team and a budget, and how you build community around something deeply technical.

That feeling when two absolute DEX beats are fighting over your orders @MicrochainDLM @ReactorDEX
Week 4: Zap Surge
Experience the full power of @fuel_network's DeFi ecosystem! This action-packed week combines two powerhouse DEX’s, @MicrochainDLM & @ReactorDEX. Trade like a predator and ape in to the quest 🧪🦖

Payy: proudly calling out “worse tech” while marketing privacy, then KYC-ing users to spend their own assets via Visa.
Let me help you with the rebrand. You’re welcome ✨
A true honour to be part of the pod 🎙️
Episode 2 of Stateless drops next week.
@antonyburrows_, founder of @ZapPayment, joined to talk about what it’s like building payment infrastructure from scratch, the weight of being a founder, and how you build a community around something deeply technical.

In Aussie there is a phrase we use for when things are considered done, or under control. Anyone want to guess what it is?
Super excited about @o2dotapp
Week 2: The Zap Circuit
Dive into DeFi with @o2dotapp a next-generation exchange on @fuel_network. To make o2 come alive in the cauldron: a pinch of FuelVM, a stir of UTXO parallelism, a sprinkle of EigenDA integration, and a swirl of hybrid proving. Could this secret brew be killer app magic?
Find out for yourself 🔮

Stablecoin payments cards marketing privacy at a headline level, but then requiring KYC in the small print to satisfy traditional card issuers, create expectation dissonance
lets talk turkey for a minute on what blazing fast actually means:
50-150ms - "dont blink" speed, pre-confs, great for trading, defi apps etc. Cool! Cant wait to see this on "a" DEX soon.
What were doing at Zap with predicates is around 700ms round trip, and executing what I consider a "fat" predicate (decoding, some hashing, ecr etc). That's take your RLP encoded signed tx, and get a result on @fuel_network in the time it takes your heart to beat. Thats dope!
Web3's future isn't just about decentralization, it's about speed.
Fuel's architecture enables transaction speeds that make traditional blockchains feel sluggish. Zap harnesses this by being @BuildOnFuel so you can interact with Web3 at the speed of thought.
The future is blazing fast.

It's time to Get Zapped ⚡
Starting today, explore @fuel_network through 5 weeks of quests with real rewards.
Every week will be a new protocol, new skills, and rewards. Zap is your unified gateway to every project on Fuel. We connect you to DEXs, staking, trading and more. No more juggling wallets or learning new interfaces.
Week 1 is about to start!
Drop a⚡️if you are ready to be able to connect your EVM wallet DIRECTLY to @fuel_network Ignition.
Honestly the thing that kills me about web3 is we’re still forcing people to choose between security and actually being about to use their stuff
You know how you always hear about people building things because they had “an itch” to scratch. Yeah, part of the offering at Zap is simply being able to use whatever signing method to sign transactions on a different VM other than the EVM
The tech is here to make this work. @fuel_network is fast enough to run validation quickly (predicates), we can add cool stuff along the way upgrading for new use cases (payments, etc)
Im ready!
