135.100 covers critical phases when plane is at 10000 ft altitude and reports suggest she was at cruise altitude so it doesn't apply. 91.3 makes pilot in command responsible and she was "COPILOT". Her message counts as weather update not distraction. Sorry to burst your bubble

Now that you've clearly lost all the arguments and your AI isn't supportive of your false claims, you've resorted to racial slurs. It seems your mom clearly didn't love you enough. Have some respect for the dead and don't let this hate of yours consume you. Peace! โ at Milton, Ontario

Its cute how you and the other misogynist guy keep liking eachother comments. FCC rules apply to cellphones with older 800 MHZ phones on private flights. Moreover, this was charter flight so under part 135 they can make their own rules, FAA/FCC don't apply

You emphasized "rule" as if it was your mic drop moment. She was flying private charter and part 91/135 applies to her NOT 121. Neither of those parts states anything explicit about banning mobile phones use for pilots. Like they say empty vessels make the most noise- have fun! โ at Milton, Ontario

Private jet and charter planes fly under part 135 and part 91 and neither prohibits use of cell phones for pilot. Part 121 is for commercial airlines. Maybe you should have prompted your AI more before posting this half baked information, buddy. โ at Milton, Ontario

There's no federal regulations for pilots to switch off their mobile phones during flights on planet Earth. Infact many countries are removing the need for airplane mode. I recommend you donot assume/fabricate your own federal regulations!

I always wonder stupidity of these salty retards. What kind of cellular connection was she using to send messages from 37000 feet? If she was using plane wifi that's perfectly okay to be used by anyone! She was copiloting a fucking plane not highway truck where you can't text
Crosswalk on the left side of arterial road doesnt continue on the right side, median reflective paint is illmaintained, traffic calming directly in the front of a crossing.
I can't help it but I see more issues I find- crosswalk on arterial road makes no sense with no meaningful connection, no posted speed limits, traffic signs are obscured by illmaintained median trees, illegal extension on entrance of houses, open sewage in front of houses

It looks awful. No sidewalks. So traffic calming near school. A crosswalk directly in the front of school makes no sense. Also, entrance to the school is directly on the highway/arterial road. No comfort features like benches, trees lining the side of road to make it attractive

Indians are almost 1/3rd global population and noone ever thought of Starlink until an American company made it possible. This speaks a lot about IQ and innovative mindset. All Indians can do is copy paste western ideas and claim it their own.

Fun fact: Indian living in USA loves to chest thump India's achievements but they would never go back. Infact they will sell their soul to stay in USA.

You paid tuition because you wanted education. You paid taxes because you were earning money in Canada. You worked because you wanted to support yourself and your tuition. How does this situation of yours entitle you for anything?

Went to Niagara Falls this Sunday and everyone was peaceful minding their own business till couple of grownass Indian guys passed by a car with windows down and blasting annoying bollywood songs. Indians are major attention seekers who make fool of themselves with such acts!

Firing people doesn't stop inflation it only increases profit margins for corporations. Infact it worsens quality of product now they will be outsourcing components of game development to countries with cheap labour which drastically lowers quality. Windows 11 is an example!! โ at Milton, Ontario
