I wish Avex was more dedicated to CSJH/TSZX when they were promoting in Japan, because somehow SM and Avex managed to completely fumble them. I guess since TVXQ and BoA were already making a lot of money they didn't want to waste their time with CSJH.

Avex largely masterminded her rise in Japan. Same with TVXQ/DBSK, their Jpop sound was largely thanks to JP composers and producers like Max Matsuura. Later SM groups didn't have a strong JP discography because avex's participation with the music practically disappeared.

Lao Gan Ma recently touted a new AI-powered chili inspection system that uses high-speed industrial cameras that significantly outperform manual inspection. A stat about the company using this AI system to reduce human inspectors from 600 to 48 went viral on Chinese social media. The iconic, family-run company pushed back.
