Let me say this.
I don't like president Tinubu, but this is my concern for him.
He trusts (too blindly) the people surrounding him and some of his ministers.
Perhaps, if all the cash transfers to the less privileged and the NELFUND had been reaching most of the beneficiaries that his trusted persons tell him, he will probably not be as hated or disliked as he is today.
Billions of naira have allegedly been disbursed, and reports on ground about his presidency say something completely different.
For any president to be mostly liked by his citizens, that president must surround himself with people of integrity and credibility.
Because if they fail, the president cannot claim that he has not failed.
The buck stops on his table.
