Now I don't want to hear any crap from @FLOWJamaica about any money that we owe them when we didn't have service. The last bill we got said we owe them over $20k during the 5 months when we had no service, and threatening to cut off our service

So, @FLOWJamaica phones us to tell us that they are applying a rebate, after 5 months of no service. We don't see it applied yet, but they email us afterwards to say that they are sending the outstanding balance to debt collectors. #FlowisaFourLetterWord
