We’re pleased to announce @Meow has accepted a $31.6M Series B led by @Stifel with participation from @archetypevc. That brings our total funding to over $60M.
This is a strategic investment and a partnership. Stifel will offer a white-label version of Meow’s platform to its commercial banking clients, starting with venture and fund banking.
Game on.
Fintechs are becoming banks. They’re going after charters and showing up with better technology than the banks they compete against.
Banks can spend years trying to build that technology, or they can run on a platform that already wins.
Meow proves it. We compete for startups, the most competitive and demanding banking market in the world, and we go head to head on product. We have billions of assets on the platform, billions in annualized payment volume, and millions in annualized profits at scale and in the market every day.
Most software sold to banks has never had to win a customer on its own. Ours competes for the most demanding customers every day. It’s proven. That’s why Stifel entrusted Meow with this deal and opportunity.
Now, we’re launching the ability for banks to have the entire Meow platform under their own brand:
→ onboardings
→ bill pay
→ expense management
→ invoicing
→ agentic compliance and backoffice
→ stablecoins
→ everything else
And it never falls behind. Every feature our customers push us to build ships to our bank customers too.
We anticipate Stifel’s venture and fund banking clients get all of it starting early 2027.
Meow will allow every bank to be able to compete with the industry leading fintechs. This will change the game for banks and is only the beginning. Now, back to work.
and with that, another insane quarter at @turnkeyhq comes to a close
we officially crossed $200B in stablecoin transaction volume, just 9 months after crossing $100B.
the amount of money moving through our pipes has grown 4x YoY.
at the same time, we’re shipping faster than ever.
this month alone, we launched:
- cross-chain swaps
- onchain yield
- agent secret management
- Arc support from day one
and all of this sits alongside the stack we’ve already built across:
- stablecoin payments
- embedded wallets
- payment orchestration
- agentic wallets
- programmable signing + policies
- enterprise key management
what started as an idea to build better wallet infrastructure is becoming something much bigger.
we want Turnkey to become the layer behind how money moves onchain, whether it’s being moved by a consumer, enterprise, or even an AI agent.
we’re still so incredibly early.

Since 2024, DAWN has raised $40M to date to tokenize AI and connectivity infrastructure.
This has been led by @DragonflyVC, @polychain, @vaneck_us, and more amazing investors.
We’ve spent that time building. Here’s what’s ahead 👇

100M+ agentic payments have already settled onchain. The agent economy is valid and operational. So what does a chain built for machine agency actually look like? A map of Ritual, in 6 posts 🧵

There are two rates that matter in the macro context of ai models:
1. Frontier expansion rate - The speed and economic significance with which new frontier capabilities are created.
2. Frontier diffusion rate - The speed at which frontier capabilities become available through widely adopted economic substitutes.
The US (1) and China (2) have dominated their respective lanes, and the geopolitical posturing is around defending these lanes.
Chinese models are near-parity on benchmarks, dramatically cheaper per task, and topped US models in OpenRouter token share for the first time in 2026, all through legitimate contributions across quantization, attention architectures, MoE sparsity, and RL.
In my newest report for @Delphi_Digital, I walk through the labs' progress across three efficiency themes and discuss:
- why efficiency gains get competed away as price cuts
- the evolution of licensing and business models over the past year
- why China's grid is a structural advantage
- the distillation fight, escalating sanctions threats, and scenarios for how the US-China AI market splits
- whether Chinese labs can pre-train frontier models on domestic silicon
- implications for investors

Super proud of the team for this one. Our engineers have built an incredibly powerful AI algo, and our security researchers are turning its outputs into verified findings every single day.
The result is Octane’s second CVE from a hard public target.
What is both exciting and frightening to me is how many vulnerabilities like this one are still waiting to be found.
Oracle is one of the largest software companies in the world. It has sophisticated security teams and has been very proactive about adopting frontier AI through initiatives like Project Glasswing.
But this bug had been live in VirtualBox’s open-source code since 2010.
To be clear, we don’t know whether this specific code path was ever analyzed with Claude Mythos or another frontier model. But that uncertainty is revealing. Access to a powerful model is not the same thing as having a comprehensive AI security program.
Models don’t secure codebases by osmosis. You have to give them the right context, aim them at the right attack surfaces, allocate enough compute effectively, run them continuously, validate their outputs, and then give skilled researchers the most promising findings until they can 100% confirm or deny their impact.
You can’t just hand your engineer with the most free time an LLM and expect them to secure your systems. You need the kind of workflow we’ve built over the last three years at Octane.
This VirtualBox vulnerability survived almost 16 years in public code maintained by one of the most capable software companies on earth. That means there are almost certainly countless others like it.
AI will find these vulnerabilities. The only question is whether your security team finds them before an attacker does.
Following our responsible disclosure, @Oracle assigned CVE-2026-60161 to a memory corruption vulnerability Octane discovered in VirtualBox.
VirtualBox is the world's most popular open-source virtualization software.
Yet this bug went unnoticed for nearly 16 years.

Dmitry Berenzon says why RWAs need a two-category framework instead of one:
"Two different types of RWAs. Financial assets have one property profile, private credit, debt, equities, funds all behave similarly."
"Physical assets have a different property profile, commodities, real estate, collectibles, GPUs. Different nuances for issuers and holders. Different impact on how the asset behaves."
"A tokenized Pokemon card is an RWA. Most coverage stops at financial assets, the broader framing matters."

1/ RWAs are the logical conclusion of stablecoins.
I've written a new piece that:
- Proposes a taxonomy for the different types of RWAs
- Discusses the adoption sequence of RWAs
- Outlines the issues that are preventing the continued adoption of RWAs
