Question for people building with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor: if your AI could drive a real game engine, what would you want it to do first? Ours places things, writes the gameplay, lights the scene and play-tests its own game, all with Claude Opus 5.5. Curious what you'd add.

First pass of a new zombie map area 🛼 An abandoned 80s roller rink and arcade, built from AI concept art inside our own engine. Still dressing it. Made in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.

Something we learned last night making a small game with Claude Opus 5.5 in Arcwright: in our gameplay scripts, a value you store on self doesn't stick between events. Our ball reset crashed, and one kick counted as 3 goals 😅 Plain module variables fixed both. It's going into the scripting docs.

Built a portal effect into our engine today 🌀 The swirl, lightning, embers and light are all drawn live by the GPU, no texture. These are the teleport gates for our zombie game, still in development in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.

Tonight we downloaded Arcwright from our own site like a brand-new user and went through it start to finish. Then we connected Claude Opus 5.5 over MCP and asked for a little game: kick a ball into a goal, keep score, win after 3. It built it, played it itself, scored, and exported it as a Mac app. We also hit some rough edges we're fixing for the next update. It's a free beta, so if you try it, tell us what breaks.

Something we're working on right now: building a sports car body in the Car Forge. 1. Nano Banana reference → our body so far → zebra stripes to check the surface flow 2. Silhouette check against the reference. White is where we line up; the coloured edges are what's still off. Still rough: no wheels yet, and the roof and back sit low. Coming in a future update. Built in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.

Found at the coaster station in Moonglow Park. Dated 39 years ago today. 🎢 "After close I walked the tunnel. Somebody was laughing in there. Nobody was in there." One of the notes you find in our Halloween horror game, in development in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.

Would you walk down this midway at night? 🎡 String lights, the carousel, the Ferris wheel, the game booths, and popcorn boxes and puddles on the ground. This is Moonglow Park tonight, our Halloween horror game. Still in development: more buildings, trees and things in the fog are going in this week. Built in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.

Front seat on the Moonglow Park coaster. 🎢 At first all you could see was the back of the car. Now the camera sits where your eyes would be, and the lift hill comes up out of the fog in front of you. We're still tuning the view on the climb. Our Halloween horror game, in development in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.

Even a street light gets the full treatment. 💡 The Nano Banana reference vs ours: the LED head, the bolted base plate on a rough stone block, and the bare pole. Then four detail levels, from 38,300 triangles up close down to 1,200 far away, so a whole city of them stays fast. And it really lights up at night. One of the kit pieces for our island city, built in Arcwright with Claude Opus 5.5.
