PENDING FBI FOIA docs from the 2001 Newark probe record a bomb dog positive alert on the Urban Moving Systems van. Interior swabs and fabric samples were sent to the FBI lab. Those reports state final results are still pending. No later public release discloses the findings. Case closed with no explosives charges.
