I personally advocate for "vanilla" everything before going for frameworks, but I also know sometimes you may be pressed on time and *need* to use one. If you can, master writing your own CSS first before reaching to frameworks.

If the increases in cases were merely due to more testing, % positive tests would be DOWN, and hospitalizations wouldn’t be rising.🙄
