I just hit my knee on the floor, and my aunty rushed to get a hot gel for me.🥹
Quick response, but not exactly the right one.😅
For a fresh injury, especially with swelling, cold is generally preferred initially.
Heat may increase blood flow and worsen swelling.👀

Good Morning @ekitistategov @MinofinfoEKSG @biodunaoyebanji
Six months without electricity in a community in Ijero-Ekiti, and residents have resorted to buying a device called “Jaza” just to charge their phones. In 2026? This is absolutely unacceptable!
Where are the local government chairman, councillors and other elected representatives? Is this how we expect our communities to develop?
This is one of the reasons Ekiti State is not progressing as rapidly as it should. How can we attract serious investors when basic infrastructure like electricity is lacking? What investor wants to establish a business in an environment where there is no reliable power supply?
The government needs to wake up, investigate this situation and restore electricity. Development cannot happen in darkness, and the people of Ijero deserve better!

It is
“Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain.”
Not
“Who are you, O great mountain before Zerubbabel? You shall become a plain”.
And they are both different.

Love the feel of this
Every home should have some ground rules
We are quarreling, but we’re sleeping on the same bed
We are quarreling, but no one is refusing to eat. You must chop
We’re quarreling, but we must take each other’s call, pray together
The disagreement won’t last

I’m not a bride, why are you charging me that much?
And it didn’t make sense to me cos whether you’re a bride or not, I am doing my job. I don’t do anything extra because you are a bride and of course, I lost some clients cos of that.

My goodness
This happened with my husband and I one time too.
I wasn’t talking to him, but he got back from work and served food that I cooked
He didn’t even know I made another pot of diced chicken, I still collected his plate, served him. While still fighting with him😹😹
