Love everything @earthbits__ does!
"Sidewalks", the latest project from @earthbits__ , combines tech and nature to create immersive 3D visualizations from local flora that highlight the beauty that can be found at one's doorstep.

This is the first week where families can actually *update* their meal plans. Every Friday we send families customized meal plans. Now meal plans can be updated to fit your schedule, or just swap out a recipe that doesn't look good to you. Here's a quick demo!

It was so fun to be a part of @_buildspace nights & weekends this season. We built the MVP of our meal planning app, got our first users, and got a ton of feedback. We're excited to keep building. Follow along @get_sundays ☀️

We were blown away by the interest in meal planning last week! This week we helped families plan for >500 meals 🎉 To do that, we made A LOT of tech improvements. Instead of a PDF, every family got a unique to their plan this week. See more below! Leave a comment to try it!

We talked to 250+ parents and their least favorite part of the day was figuring out what to eat. We're building meal planning, so everyone can love to eat. DM or click the link in comments to try it :) cc @_buildspace

People who love to eat but don't have time to cook – I'm working on a meal planning app. Here's the very first version: - Plans healthy meals for you - < 30 minutes to cook - Makes it easy to buy groceries *Right now it's a pdf cc @_buildspace

1/ Incredibly easy to make something cool with LLMs, but hard to make something robust and consumable by end users.

One of my absolute favorite things is interviewing users. I've had the priviledge of learning from many founders the last few months. We decided to share! Introducing The Climb – a podcast from founders building *today* and what they've learned. youtube.com/watch?v=DDq3KkUK…

Good morning to everyone creating something new today 🌷

Hard truth for PMs who want to be founders: You don't need more product experience. If you need more experience at all, you need it in SALES.

The only way to reduce support tickets is to know where you stand today. I spent 5 years in healthcare & finance building systems for better support. The issue: *support reporting is not actionable*

As soon as you get out of the weeds of answering tickets yourself, you miss out on the depth of what's actually going on. Instead, you get reports that say: - 15% of tickets were product issues - 20% order status - etc. To know WHY you need to READ EVERY TICKET.

Most people don't. So you end up with broad generalizations and recency bias. Your ticket count stays the same. More importantly, we don't fix repeated customer problems. We can do better.

It's easy for first-time founders to get distracted by fundraising. A fancy firm emails you and you get excited. But it is a *distraction*. If you're not fundraising, the time you spend prepping is wasted. A VC's job is to sell you money. Don't ignore your job to do theirs.

One of the most powerful parts of e-commerce is that there aren't gatekeepers. If you can create something people want, you can get it to them.

So often magic products are actually doing less, but doing it better. I just tried @useSimplify – it's email without the clutter – and its so much less stressful
