My #migraine attacks lasted 3 -5 days on average for decades. Since adding a nasal spray for acute symptoms, now they only last 2 - 4 hrs or so. A huge improvement in my quality of life. Wish I started a non-oral med sooner. #MigraineRelief #MigraineSymptoms
