Yep and his name is Terry Fox
I’ve asked this before but is there any historical event that is like the Opposite of 9/11. Like something so good that happened that it changed the world forever

It’s been both funny and sad to see people who should know better get this easily available fact wrong in the service of seeing a grand conservative wave developing. And that’s in addition to the actual story of the election, which was depressed NDP turnout
Since many seem confused. Centre-right parties have governed BC for 52 of the past 74 years. The NDP? About 22. Whatever your political views stop acting like BC has historically been a left-wing stronghold. Perhaps get out of your bubble and talk to some other people. Because you know what it’s okay to have friends and families that share different political views from you. It’s strange that some of you don’t.

You can feel the mutual hatred through the screen
You couldn’t write a more exciting script than this! TMU and Carleton went the distance in the penalty shootout, which featured heated moments and a back-and-forth duel that came right down to the wire 🔥 🎥: OUA TV via IG/halftime.ftbl

The "fan" in question.
Right before the national anthem here in Pittsburgh, a fan sympathetic to the interests of the Ottawa Senators bellowed "BRADY SUCKS!"

this crybaby act from the Tkachuk orbit is exhausting. they act like want to play the villain but every time it doesn't go their way it's an international incident. don't wear the smirk during the tribute if you're not gonna still be wearing it after getting pumped 5-1.
“I thought it was a little disgusting that they [Sens Fans] boo’d during when they were giving him [Brady Tkachuk] the ceremony…” - Keith Yandle on @spittinchiclets recapping Brady’s first game back in Ottawa last night #GoSensGo

Rebel Media’s Alberta bureau chief, Sheila Gunn Reid, literally registered with Elections Alberta as a separatist-side third-party advertiser for the referendum. Let’s stop pretending that they’re anything other than right-wing propagandists dressed up as a legit news outlet.
WATCH: Alberta Premier Danielle Smith takes her first two questions from Rebel “News,” which was a choice. The *not* reporter asked about “dark money” that influenced the ‘Stay’ vote.

“If you insist I go the through the proper legal channels I will make sure my cabal of flying monkeys threaten you and your family’s lives”. Those of you with a surface level of understanding of how fascism works might not see this for what it is. But it’s digital brown shirts.
Anybody who takes the trouble to find out what is happening in Trump's legal case about his plans to redevelop a golf course in DC can only reach the conclusion that America has a scoundrel as its leader. A female judge & her family are facing death threats after Trump called her a 'crazed lunatic.' Her sin, was to insist on the following of correct legal procedure in the case, especially after the government had chopped down 400 healthy trees without legal authority. How can anyone support a leader capable of such vile & selfish acts?

It has done none of those things. This is detestable scapegoating.
It cannot be understated: our broken immigration system has caused high unemployment, high home prices and high inflation. It must be fixed and provincial rights strengthened. Today, the Prime Minister got a copy of our referendum questions including the 9 on immigration and constitutional reforms. If Albertans give us a strong mandate on these questions, our government will get right to work on these needed reforms. And as I’ve said many times, please vote for Option 1, a strong Alberta within a united Canada, and yes to the rest! 🍁

Some very gullible people talked about Hitler this way — in 1933. But imagine saying this about Hitler as he was laying waste to Europe and slaughtering its citizens — in, say, 1944.

Musk has blood on his hands.
EXCLUSIVE: Elon Musk approached Donald Trump with the idea of slowing down Starlink in Ukraine, The Telegraph can reveal. The billionaire tech entrepreneur approached the US president with the proposal to introduce speed limits on the system, which hampered Ukraine’s drone defences, according to four sources familiar with the discussions. 🔗 telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2…

Same in Canada
Reform's policy of blaming illegal migration for everything, and claiming that dealing with it will fix everything is ripped apart beautifully, in just 1 minute. It's the same scam Hitler and Mussolini were selling 100 years ago.

It’s a whole new world here on Elon Musk’s platform without the Russian bot farms, which obviously he knew about AND their impact on elections. Never forget who this man is. History will not be kind.
