How Europe exploded the world.

The video inaccurately shows Finland and parts of North America as unmarked/unknown in its 1968 map frame, when detailed European maps included Finland by 1539 and world borders were fully mapped with known countries long before. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carta_mar… jesusiniesta.es/maps/historic-… science.nasa.gov/earth/earth-ob…

A woman shared that her husband had an affair with a younger woman he met on Reddit while she was pregnant. According to her account, the affair continued even after she gave birth. She said he spent money on the other woman, including gifts, hotel stays, meals, and cash. By the time he ended the affair, the damage to their marriage had already been done. He wanted to reconcile, but she wasn't convinced that he was truly remorseful. She turned to Reddit to ask people who had survived infidelity what had helped them decide whether to stay or leave. The question: Could you forgive a partner who cheated on you while you were pregnant?

In 1986 a guy got kicked out of every casino in Vegas for counting cards. So he flew to Hong Kong with $180,000 and started betting on horses instead. He walked away with almost $900 million. It was Bill Benter. He realized horse racing was just another counting problem same math, more moving parts. He and a partner built a computer model that estimated the true odds of each horse. If his numbers showed an edge, he bet. If not, he skipped it. That’s the whole trick: Expected value. EV = p · b − (1 − p) Only bet when the probability of winning × the potential payout is greater than the chance of losing. What’s even crazier is that Benter once gave a 45-minute lecture explaining the math behind his system. That recording was never supposed to become public. And almost nobody knows it exists. This is the lecture that professional bettors and hedge fund analysts studied. The answer is in this video.

Hiring Tony Robbins today costs 1 million dollars for just one day. This is a 21-minute tape recorded in his own home more than 30 years ago. There, he explains exactly how to get anyone to say yes. The same material for which they now charge a fortune... completely free. It's a rare, unfiltered recording from the time when he still didn't charge millionaires just for being in the same room. When someone says no, they give two excuses: “I don’t have time” or “I don’t have money” Neither is true. The real reason is that they still don’t believe it’s worth it. It’s not a money problem. It’s a state problem. Tony teaches something he calls “attack and confess” Instead of arguing the objection, you confess your own: “I had the chance to go six months ago and I didn’t until two months ago. I can’t even imagine the time I wasted” The room goes silent. No one argues. Then he gets the person on the “yes train” Each little yes adds to the next. Until saying no at the end feels harder than saying yes. When it’s time to sign, the person has already said yes five times without realizing it. Just 21 minutes. There you learn the two only moves that people pay 1 million a day for: how to read anyone’s state… and how to shift it. Most people spend years guessing in sales. He wrote it on a flipchart in his living room in less than half an hour. A seat in that room cost $125 dollars. Today it costs $1 million dollars a day to sit in front of him. The tape is free right now. And the answer is in this video.

[EXCLUSIVE 🇺🇦] You've probably heard about Ukraine's Operation M&M's, which involves sending hundreds of drones into Russia 🇷🇺 to disrupt air traffic. But there's more to it than just drones: dozens of weather-type balloons are also being launched, each carrying a miniature glide bomb. These balloons drift at extremely high altitudes, making them particularly difficult to detect. Once they approach a target, they release their small gliding payload. And here's the interesting twist: prevailing winds blow eastward, making these balloons a weapon Ukraine can use against Russia, but one that Russia cannot use against Ukraine — or against us. 🛣️ В горном Китае строят невероятные дороги в самых недоступных местах. И, наверное, никого не удивит, если окажется, что построить километр такой дороги в Китае дешевле, чем армяне Собянина заасфальтируют аналогичное расстояние в Москве.

The most socially acceptable way to destroy your life: Overthink everything. Act on nothing. Your mind calls it “figuring things out.” Here are Eckhart Tolle’s 7 steps to break the loop: 👇 1. Recognize that there’s a voice in your head that never shuts up.
