What the left used to call "pretty privilege" when anybody still gave a shit what they thought.
The problem with giving a shit what leftists think is that they are all retarded. So they do what retarded leftists always do.
1. See a traditional solution.
2. Think the solution is a problem.
3. Attack and destroy the solution.
4. Make the problem worse.
Airlines used to hire a lot of women who were just basic human beings, except prettier. They called them "airline stewardesses", and their job was to do basic human stuff and be pleasant to look at.
Retarded leftists thought this was a problem, but it was actually a solution.
You see, the very word "pretty", applied to a human being, means by its very definition that there are some human beings we would rather look at than others.
And human sex roles being what they are, this is 10x, 100x, 1000x more true for women than men. Men being pretty is fucking useless. Nobody cares if men are pretty. It's a completely worthless talent to have.
But being pretty is the single most important advantage for a woman.
Human nature being what it is, pretty girls are always going to be waved past the velvet ropes, wherever there are velvet ropes and pretty girls.
Retarded leftists can think this is "unfair" all they want, but what does it even mean for it to be "unfair", when the very word "pretty" means "tends to get waved past the velvet ropes".
The problem is that a girl handpicked for being pretty is not only a girl who is not only a girl not handpicked for being smart, she's a girl who has never had to work on developing her smarts, because her winning strategy has always been "be pretty".
So, a girl who is waved past the velvet ropes for being pretty should nicht be touching das komputarmaschin. Ist nicht fir geffingerpoken by das dumkopfen.
That's the problem.
The solution, as invented by non-leftist non-retards, is to make special places for pretty girls inside the velvet ropes. Jobs like "airline stewardness" and "spokesmodel", and "executive personal assistant". Jobs where the pretty girls didn't have to be particularly good at anything beyond doing basic human being stuff.
Jobs that wir nicht allowed to touch das komputarmaschin.
They knew it was inevitable that pretty girls would get waved past the velvet ropes. The idea was to provide a safe place to put them.
And, not accidentally, to make sure that the men inside the velvet ropes were already surrounded by pretty girls, so they didn't do something stupid, like wave one through and put her next to das komputarmaschin.
All of this worked great until people started listening to retarded leftists, who had no idea what was going, and don't understand the very idea of a second-order effect, much less what the second-order effects of anything actually are.
And they decided that it was "unfair" that ugly weirdos couldn't be airline stewardesses just as often as pretty turbonormie girls. So they decided the solution was a problem, and they destroyed it.
When you get rid of special jobs for pretty girls, you start getting pretty girls in serious jobs they are totally unqualified for.
And then you quickly find out how well planes fly upside down.

Here's a little thought exercise to do on your own, if you have an IQ of at least 100.
Imagine two alternate universes.
In the first universe, all humans who lived before WW2 were evil and stupid and did mean and unfair things for no reason whatsoever. Then, suddenly, in 1946, somebody discovered that being mean was bad, and everyone gradually learned to stop doing the evil and stupid things that they started doing for no reason at all.
In the second universe, humans have basically had the same level of average intelligence throughout history, and generally reacted appropriately to their circumstances, which didn't always allow them to be fair, or nice. Then the circumstances surrounding WW2 gave a lot of social and political capital to a large group of retarded idealists, who began to dismantle the institutions and customs that previous generations built.
Now, once you are simultaneously imagining those two universes, decide which one looks more like the universe you live in.
