Grassroots democracy is a key pillar of the Green.
If we truly want to be seen as the people-powered movement that we are, we need to be able to choose who represents us as leader.
I support OMOV.

Have a think back to your weekly grocery shop, your last trip to the doctor, or your last energy bill.
Has life gotten any easier lately?
I didn’t think so.

everyone (most councillors) has an interest as one of the confidential items involves a liberal party member apparently

A week after we learnt that people on JobSeeker are five times more likely to die, the government is boasting again about regular, automatic indexation. Shame
More than 5.3 million Australians are receiving a boost to their social security payments following the latest indexation increases.
Pensioners, JobSeeker and Parenting Payment recipients are seeing higher maximum rates, including $1,237.70 a fortnight for single pensioners and $1,866 for pensioner couples combined.
Nearly one million renters are also benefiting from higher Commonwealth Rent Assistance, with maximum rates rising by more than 50 per cent since the Albanese Government came to office.

Getting to where you need to go shouldn’t cost a fortune.
Labor has had years to fix a broken transport system where people pay too much for a network that does too little.
why do absolutely zero pharmacies in melbourne cbd stock insulin syringes? had an issue with the pump supplies I brought with me which means I have NO INSULIN ACCESS until I can find a pharmacy that does and I’ve called and been to almost all of the open chemists 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
I have to give my ID to SGLMG or answer some very weird questions including a “why I wish to be a member” question in order to stay a member of Mardi Gras…
This totally doesn’t scream “let’s get rid of the people we don’t want”
