Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.

Ajai Shukla raises an important question about leadership in the Indian military. It reminds me of a revealing story from Gen. Naravane’s memoir.
During a war game against China, Naravane played the Chinese commander. His plan worked so well that the Indian side was heading for defeat.
So what did the exercise controllers do? They invented a massive storm that delayed the Chinese advance by 48 hours, giving Indian forces time to prepare.
And somehow, the storm affected only the Chinese side!
Naravane protested. But the exercise went on, and India won, as usual.
The most telling part is what Naravane wrote later. In hundreds of war games he had attended, India always won. Even when the software predicted defeat, the results were overturned.
This says something important about military leadership. If senior officers cannot accept bad news even in an exercise, why would junior officers feel comfortable telling them the truth?
Good leadership starts with the willingness to hear what you don't want to hear. If every war game ends in victory, how can officers learn from their mistakes, challenge their assumptions, or prepare for the unexpected?
My op-ed in @the_hindu newspaper this morning, on the leadership deficit in the military.
"There is something gravely flawed with our leadership training. Many young officers start out as gallant captains and majors. Why then, when they become generals, admirals and air marshals do so many fail to seize the moment?"

The palace was built neither by politicians nor with taxpayers' money, unlike in present times. Mind you, the Wodeyars of Mysuru were the first kingdom to give up their kingship when India became a republic. They built Mysuru & not you. Such landlord behaviour for no good reason!

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. So, feign ignorance and blame adversary belligerence. Let next rank and own health take precedence.
I find all the analysts, experts and those who know silent on Arunachal leaving the field to You tubers.I would particularly like to know whether it is incumbent upon the army to look towards Delhi when a determined aggressor goes on slicing off our territory? I thought it is the job of the military to secure our borders. As a child we have suffered the humiliation of 1962.Shall we see a repeat of this a disgrace worse than death ?

one of the most humiliating things about corporate life is watching a grown man get scolded like a child in front of his coworkers. we’re all adults trying to make a living. you can correct someone’s mistakes without stripping them of their dignity.

Rs. 11,000 injections being sold at Rs. 1,30,000. Let that sink in.
An information which may be very disturbing to everyone. A medical distributor of a particular injection which is used in chemotherapy, his wife was suffering from cancer. She was taking treatment in a very renowned hospital. We will not take the name of the hospital. So the dealer requested the hospital authorities, sir I am myself a dealer and to me the injection comes at Rs. 11,000 dealer price. The hospital refused to administer that injection and charged Rs. 1,30,000 for that injection. Can you show any justification for this loot, please? Why this difference? Where does the money go? A whole rupees ONE LAKH fine for misleading claims on packaging by one of the largest fmcg brands in the country. What a joke.
The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has imposed a penalty of ₹1 lakh on Britannia Industries Ltd for a misleading advertisement that claimed "100% whole wheat bread" even though the product's declared wheat content is just 62%.

Yeah. Finmin has really screwed up, and the govt is screwing up too.
What you're also seeing as a citizen is:
1. Corruption all around and increasing power of a few entities.
2. Party in power cares only for election results, not national interest
3. Extractive taxation policies and increasing complexity in doing business.
4. Zero accountability among ministers and bureaucrats.
5. Massive uncertainty in and irrationality of govt policies.
They've gone full UPA2 on us.
Additionally given the geopolitical environment, businesses are not focusing on capex. This quarters earnings and forecasts are going to point towards a dire scenario

Heartiest congratulations to my dear friend, President Lula, on his remarkable re-election victory.
I look forward to working closely with him to further deepen and expand the multifaceted India-Brazil Strategic Partnership.
Together, we will continue to strengthen our cooperation across diverse sectors, advance the shared priorities of the Global South and work towards a more inclusive, equitable and sustainable world.
