Walked by this road some few minutes ago and saw a group of young guys seated under the trees by Regina Pacis College, Garki II. The brazen display and exchange of weed coupled with the strong stench of weed is shocking! In broad day light fa?

As at 15th Aug., a tuber of this particular yam was sold @ 3,500 & I bought 21 tubers at Alapere. The same yam size currently sells for 2,500 from the same seller. It may be due to entry of “new yam” into the market now but similar yam size as at 10th Aug cost around 6k in Kano.
