Yesterday in Gaza during a funeral for a Hamas terrorist, this occurred. And as seen, the standard aerial gunfire was as always present.
All these hundreds of bullets that is every day shot up in the air, over huge crowds of people, will come down again, and they will have a huge risk of hitting people in the upper body. That includes children.
This is something that is very common in most of the middle east, but especially Gaza as seen in the hundreds of videos showing this. It happens at weddings, funeral and as crowd control. Many times they even shoot directly at people, killing them or injuring them and then denying them healthcare.
There are many reports showing people getting hit in the upper body (examples below) and it will often get stuck in the upper body when it happens. A bullet that has been shot straight up in the air, will fall down in much lower speed than a direct hit has. However, it falls in high enough speed to easily penetrate the skin but it will often get stuck on the inside and the victim will have a much higher chance of surviving, with the bullet still left on the inside.
In Gaza these cases are then presented in the media like IDF is targeting children with sniper shots or similar. It has over and over happend since the spring of 2024. To these stories they often add X-rays that shows exactly the same kind of bullets like the stray bullet cases bellow.
However, on the videos where Gaza doctors take out the bullet out of the person, if you examine the video in detail it shows that it is actually a bullet from an AK47, not Nato ammunition that IDF uses. In addition, a Nato bullet will have a much lower chance of staying inside a body because it is fired at much higher speed, and at a direct hit it will often fracture on the inside.
Doctors in a hospital can't now how shot the person, what happened and have no knowledge of what type of bullet a person is from what type of weapon. They will repeat what was said to them. What is clear is that most, or all, of the stories presented in the media as IDF is targeting children for an example, are actually cases of Palestinans internal violence. They are stray bullets hitting Gazans or Hamas shooting people on the streets.

The evacuation of people from Oleshky has finished. Buses with people are finally in Ukraine. And I cannot stop thinking that just five years ago, these people lived peaceful lives, raised their children, tended their gardens, and were happy. Then Russian soldiers came to their land.
People were hunted with drones, isolated and starved, and their homes were flooded when the Russians blew up the Kakhovka dam. Throughout all these years, they watched their neighbors and relatives die before their eyes. It reached the point where people could no longer bury their dead, and dogs tore apart their bodies.
After months of relentless horror, Russia finally allowed them to be evacuated. It took the intervention of the Pope, the First Lady of the United States, persistent appeals from the UN, a hunger strike by the Vice-President of the European Parliament, and a months-long campaign by Ukrainian volunteers. And now these exhausted people are leaving their homes, the graves of their loved ones, and their entire lives behind, traveling by bus into the unknown.
These people leave the land of their ancestors. And before long, Russia will settle the occupied territories with Russians, who will gladly move into other people’s homes from which their owners were driven out. This is a policy of artificially changing the demographic composition of the population, which Russia has pursued throughout all the years of the war, starting with the occupation of Crimea.
Russian propaganda portrays this evacuation as a display of the Russians’ lofty humanism. But it is nothing but cynicism.
The case of Oleshky shows exactly what Russian occupation is. And it also demonstrates that Russia can commit the most horrific crimes in the occupied territories right before the eyes of the entire world.

☝️Our people are sharing their emotions and talking about everything they have been through. Their pets are also with them on the buses. They managed to bring their beloved animals out of Oleshky too.
Along the way, local residents are coming out to welcome them. Even in the evening, people stand by the roads, waving their hands and greeting the buses. They are happy to see the buses coming through. For those who have been through so much, seeing this kind of support means a lot.
Thank you to everyone who comes out to meet them, who waits for them and welcomes our people. It means so much.

Die ehemalige UN-Folterberichterstatterin Alice Jill Edwards hat nach vier Jahren im Amt offen beschrieben, wie einseitig und einschüchternd der Umgang mit Israel innerhalb der Vereinten Nationen oft abläuft.
Sie dokumentierte die Massaker vom 7. Oktober, besuchte betroffene Kibbuzim und sprach mit Geisel-Familien. Nur ein weiterer Sonderberichterstatter unterzeichnete ihren Bericht zu Folter, sexueller Gewalt und Geiselnahmen durch die Hamas. Andere wurden nach ihrer Darstellung massiv unter Druck gesetzt, nicht mitzuzeichnen oder Inhalte abzuschwächen. Kolleginnen wie Francesca Albanese und Reem Alsalem hätten die Verbrechen gegen Israelis nie formal erfasst, obwohl die Belege klar seien. Gleichzeitig liefen zahlreiche Verfahren und Berichte zu israelischen Handlungen.
Edwards betont, dass sie auch Vorwürfe gegen Israel untersucht hat und keine parteiische Position einnimmt. Genau deshalb wiegt ihre Schilderung einer „Bullying-Atmosphäre“ und eines obsessiven Fokus auf Israel schwer. Wer Neutralität und gleiche Maßstäbe für alle Opfer einfordert, wird offenbar isoliert. Andere Konflikte wie Sudan, Jemen oder der Kongo bekommen deutlich weniger Aufmerksamkeit.
Das untergräbt die Glaubwürdigkeit der UN. Wenn eine Organisation, die sich auf Universalität beruft, systematisch eine Seite bevorzugt und die andere kleinredet oder verschweigt, verliert sie ihre Legitimation. Edwards hat von innen gezeigt, was viele von außen längst sehen: Die UN ist in diesem Konflikt nicht neutral, sondern strukturell voreingenommen.

He was found under the rubble in the arms of his 31-year-old mother Anna. They were asleep.
His father and older sister survived because they were in another room.

“The Project” is a 14-page document written in 1982 which was seized in a Swiss police raid in 2001 after the 9/11 attacks.
The Swiss authorities got their hands on it during a raid on the villa of Youssef Nada near Lugano and related premises of Al-Taqwa Bank, which he directed. Nada was a prominent international figure associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.
The document outlines a 12-point global strategy for political Islam, aimed at establishing Islamic governance worldwide.
It emphasizes long-term, gradual, multi-generational institutional embedding known as the Tamkeen strategy.
The document stresses the need to work within Western legal systems, build parallel institutions, infiltrate existing ones, supporting education, fundraising, intelligence-gathering and building temporary alliances on shared issues such as anti-colonialism or the Palestine while supporting jihadist efforts where opportune.
Mr. Rafiq also warns that the Muslim Brotherhood is working from the shadows, with very little attention having been put internationally on the person he considers the most dangerous Islamist alive, the Qatar-based Libyan Secretary-General of the Islamic Union of Scholars, Sheikh Ali Muhammad al-Sallabi.

Believe me, this is the normal everyday reality for the majority of Afghan women in this Muslim society. Almost every woman experiences this kind of treatment from her Muslim husband.
Their children are sitting right there, witnessing this abuse. They grow up learning that this behavior is normal, and they will repeat the same behavior when they become adults.

La ragazza della foto è Shani Amin. Aveva 18 anni e viveva ad Ashdod. Chi l'ha conosciuta la ricorda come una presenza luminosa e travolgente, allegra e molto empatica. Si era diplomata da poco ed era nel pieno dei preparativi per costruire la sua vita futura con il fidanzato Adam Ilaev.
La notte tra il 6 e il 7 ottobre 2023, Shani e Adam erano al Nova Festival. All'inizio del lancio dei razzi, i due ragazzi hanno deciso di lasciare immediatamente il rave a bordo della loro auto. Lungo il tragitto hanno incrociato uomini armati in divisa e, credendo si trattasse di forze di sicurezza israeliane, si sono avvicinati.
Invece, erano i miliziani di Hamas che hanno aperto il fuoco sul veicolo. Adam è rimasto ucciso sul colpo, mentre Shani, gravemente ferita, è riuscita a fare un'ultima telefonata a suo nonno prima spirare. Il suo corpo è stato identificato solo una settimana dopo l'attacco.

Vogliamo sapere chi sono queste che in una piazza italiana, davanti al nostro Parlamento, cantano il loro appoggio ai terroristi bestiali, e non vogliono che sia approvata in Parlamento la legge contro l'antisemitismo.

Mentre da noi si sventola la bandiera russa nei cortei per chiedere diritti e libertà, in Russia i diritti e le libertà vengono sistematicamente repressi. Chiude i battenti la Novaya Gazeta, il giornale di Anna Politovskaja e Natal’ja Estermirova.
Al culmine di una sequela intollerabile di pressioni e dopo aver pagato col sangue il tentativo di tenere attiva la redazione, si estingue l’ultima voce libera della stampa russa.
Negli anni la redazione ha perso 6 giornalisti, tutti uccisi o morti in circostanze sospette, almeno altri 2 sono stati arrestati. Il cofondatore Dmitrij Muratov, Nobel per la pace 2023 dovette lasciare la direzione dopo essere stato accusato di essere agente straniero. Stessa sorte è toccata a settembre scorso all’intera testata ed a circa 110 persone collegate al giornale.
Una parte della redazione era già espatriata nel 2022 dopo l’invasione dell’Ucraina con l’aumento insostenibile delle pressioni del Cremlino e dei servizi di sicurezza sulla stampa, per dare vita al progetto Novaya Gazeta Europe, che proseguirà la sua avventura, avendo ormai la propria base nella vituperata Europa.
Quando ci illudiamo che le nostre libertà siano scontate, forse dovremmo gettare uno sguardo appena fuori dalla nostra finestra e ringraziare chi ha dato la vita perché noi potessimo fruirne e persino immaginare che siano gratis.

Il ragazzo della foto è Tomer Eliaz Arava. Aveva 17 anni e viveva nel kibbutz Nahal Oz insieme a sua madre Dikla e alle sue sorelle. Amava la musica, praticava sport e condivideva un legame fortissimo con i coetanei del kibbutz, con cui trascorreva gran parte del suo tempo libero.
La mattina del 7 ottobre 2023, quando Hamas ha preso d’assalto il suo kibbutz, la famiglia si era rifugiata nella stanza blindata, ma i terroristi sono riusciti a forzare l'ingresso e a prenderli in ostaggio. In quei drammatici momenti, i miliziani hanno costretto Tomer ad andare di casa in casa nel kibbutz per convincere i vicini ad aprire i propri rifugi, usandolo come scudo umano.
Tomer è stato assassinato quel giorno stesso, insieme a sua madre Dikla e al compagno di lei, Noam Elyakim, nei pressi del confine con Gaza. Tutti e tre trucidati dai terroristi di Hamas.
Gli stessi terroristi ai quali inneggiano le donne del video nel primo commento. E non sappiamo ancora chi sono.
