3-YEAR-OLD BOY MISSING IN KHAYELITSHA
Three-year-old Okuenam Makhanda has been missing since Wednesday, 28 October 2026, after disappearing while playing outside his home in Khayelitsha Site C, Cape Town.
He was last seen at around 17:20 near a local shop after asking his aunt to buy him a balloon. He never returned home.
Description:
Small, thin build
Brown eyes, black medium crew-cut hair
Red birthmark on the back of his neck
Last seen wearing blue shorts, a green tracksuit top and red sandals.
His family is desperately appealing for help to find him.
