Undy host Blaenavon Blues this afternoon at the Causeway, in the Ardal Southern League South East, kick off 2.30pm. Undy earned their first league win of the season last weekend when they won 2-1 at Croesyceiliog. Undy opened the scoring on 17 minutes, Lewis Pinchard scoring from a Dan Jarman assist, before Harry Tetlow scored a second on 22 minutes after good work from Tom Barraclough. Croesyceiliog pulled a goal back on 61 minutes but Undy saw the game out for a well welcomed three points. Blaenavon Blues meanwhile will be looking to go one better today after two goalless draws on their travels in their last two league games at Abercarn United and Goytre respectively. This corresponding fixture last season saw a 1-1 draw played out with Gareth Cullimore scoring for Undy and Alex Berrow on the scoresheet for Croesyceiliog.
