At Schneckenleitner, the process begins with careful selection. Through close collaboration with forest managers, Schneckenleitner has access to carefully selected oak and personally chooses the trees that meet its strict criteria.
Every tree is inspected individually, ensuring that only the finest wood is selected for barrel production. 🔎 The logs are then delivered directly to the Schneckenleitner cooperage, where they are processed in-house. 🪵
