Have been going to JC for a couple of months now. Never had a problem. Today, he sent me home like this. Besides the issue of a chunk of my hair missing, he said NOTHING to me. He took payment, dapped me up and let me walk out completely unaware that he took a chunk of out my hair. Mistakes happen, sure.
