A few swings from the Indy Ball group this morning in FL🌴featuring the new cage cameras courtesy of @drivelinekyle.
Exit velocities over 95 mph moved them to the next bat. First to get through every bat was the winner. @_lybrookV_ took it home!
Some pretty ridiculous pitch locations turned into hits this postseason.
These are fun to watch, but they also make me think about how we're preparing hitters. How can we help them find the barrel when things get weird?

Seeing a hitter make progress in the cage and struggle in games is something I've run into plenty. It makes me think about what we're asking hitters to adjust to in practice, and what we might be leaving out.
