I’ve just found out someone at work has got a brand new Range Rover on finance.
They paid a decent sized deposit up front.
They’re paying somewhere around £1k a month.
They’d need to pay a ballon payment of around £35k at the end of the 3 or 4 years to even own the car..
That is literally financial suicide and so many people are doing it.

His exact words: “It’s not racist to investigate a rapist! We need to remove the shackles of political correctness from the police.”

So let me get this right.
Over 12,000 Poundland jobs at risk, and more at the suppliers, while Westminster keeps piling costs onto the high street.
Why should ordinary workers always be the first to pay for it?
Shops shutting, jobs going, and nobody in charge seems bothered.
