Israel’s war on the @UN is maniacal. They’ve destroyed more than 70% of UN structures in Gaza and killed more than 200 UN workers.

Palestinian journalist Bilal Rajab was killed today in an Israeli army attack on Gaza. In his final video, posted before the attack, he stated, “We will stand firm, and by God’s will, we will not leave northern Gaza. We will continue our broadcasting and news coverage.”
Palestinian journalist Bilal Rajab was killed in an Israeli army attack on the Firas Market located in the Rimal district of central Gaza. Rajab was on assignment, documenting the conflict and the hardships faced by the civilian population in the region.
Reports indicate that many civilians, including women and children, lost their lives in this attack. Journalists in conflict zones undertake significant risks to deliver unbiased reports on the realities of war.
Rajab’s death underscores, once again, the reality that journalists are direct targets in Israel’s operations, exposing the dangers faced by members of the press in such conflict areas.

The situation unfolding in northern #Gaza is apocalyptic.
I join the @iascch leaders in urging, yet again, all parties fighting in Gaza to protect civilians, and call on #Israel to cease its assault on Gaza and on the humanitarians trying to help — there is no alternative to @UNRWA.
