The Dungworth & Carfield Children's Folk Factory groups are very excited to be performing in Sheffield Cathedral on Saturday! We'll be playing a lunchtime concert (1pm) as part of @dert2018 hosted by the fabulous @shefsteelrapper Come join us (free) for some tunes & songs!
WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY - TOMORROW!
We'll be wearing odd socks tomorrow to support #WDSD18 Will you be wearing them too? Search #LotsOfSocks for others doing crazy things with socks to raise awareness!
Powells buses are not running today. Please be very careful on the roads - you may wish to park and walk up to school due to conditions in Dungworth.
School is open tomorrow if you wish to attend. No EIS trip for y1. Roads passable with great care this afternoon. Walking from Lee Moor Lane/Dam easier? Keep eyes on email for updates/more info.
School now closed 8/3/18
Bradfield Dungworth will close today. Snow plough and gritters have not been round Dungworth and Hilltop and roads round school are not drivable yet. Many apologies! It is a very difficult decision to take but I put the safety of staff and pupils first.
Apologies: delayed school opening - 10am - roads near school not safe. Snow plough not been past. No Powells buses. Review again at 9am and let you know if able to open. Breakfast club cancelled. Please do not leave your child unless 2 members of teaching staff are present
School will open at the usual time tomorrow (Monday). Please ensure your child has sensible footwear and warm clothes for outside and a change of shoes for inside.
Due to ongoing weather conditions school will be closed tomorrow. We hope this early decision will allow you to plan effectively for tomorrow. World Book Day dress up will be postponed.
