Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Do not become bitter or hostile. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble. We will find a way to make a way out of no way. #goodtrouble

Heโ€™s passed abandoned fishing nets that tangle and kill wildlife. Heโ€™s held pieces of broken storage crates blooming with algae and barnacles. And he wants us to see it all โ€” so we know what weโ€™ve done to the planet. buff.ly/2jVesgX

We are so grateful to all who have stood up tonight for #Lights4Liberty. We on the national organizing team are speechless. Please support our local hosts (bit.ly/30yAw0a), who are the true heroes right now. We have hope. We have faith. We can end this. #DontLookAway

"It's easy to be angry. itโ€™s easy to be upset to blame everything on a person or a figure but the question before us is what are we prepared to do with our works, with our policies So that a child born today 50 yrs later arenโ€™t fighting the same fightsโ€ - @MichaelDTubbs #NN19

#Lights4Liberty is now at 584 worldwide events, on five continents (Tokyo joined us today), with 150+ sponsor organizations and hosts. Not one more death. Not one more separated child. We fight back until every detainee, in every camp, is free. #DontLookAway

Was encouraged by turnout at yesterdayโ€™s #closethecamps protest in #SF & beyond. Some things are just wrong. Either you speak up & demand an end to whatโ€™s done in your name, or you endorse it. Thx @MoveOn @UNITEDWEDREAM & others for organizing. Keep calling. Keep marching.

Today in McAllen, TX: 4 families separated. 30 immigrants prosecuted. Just in 1 day and in 1 courthouse. This is why the zero-tolerance policy needs to end and why 1325 needs to be repealed so that no future president can weaponize it again.
