Abp Costakis Christos Evangelou calls me Invictus the Unconquerable with all I’ve been through in life, so i decided to write a poem for one of my books I’m getting published…. I hope you like it or can maybe relate 🙏 Only to inspire 🥊❤️ I AM INVICTUS The Unconquerable Dedicated to my friend Costas Evangelou, who gave me the name Invictus. Thank you for seeing the strength in me, even when I couldn't see it myself. I've been knocked down but never defeated, Faced battles in life that I've never needed. I've carried the scars, the sorrow and pain, Yet somehow I've found the strength to rise again. I AM INVICTUS — I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED. I have resilience that can't be beat, No matter how many times life knocks me off my feet. I have almighty courage, I refuse to retreat, No matter what life throws at me, I won't accept defeat. I have inner strength that nobody can see, It's the warrior inside me that refuses to flee. My determination will never die, No matter how many times I fall, I will rise and try. My defiance isn't anger, it's my will to survive, No matter what life throws at me, I'll continue to rise. I have fearlessness, I won't run and hide, I'll face every battle with courage and pride. My spirit is indomitable, my will remains strong, No matter how hard life hits me, I'll carry on. I have an unbreakable spirit, along with heart, will and grit, No matter what life throws at me, I refuse to quit. I've carried the scars, the sorrow and pain, Yet somehow found the strength to rise again. Written by Ben Day 8th October 2026 @RingtoneGym @londonwcb

💛 BIPOLAR II DISORDER — THE TWO SIDES Bipolar II isn’t simply being “happy one minute and sad the next.” It can mean living with intense periods of depression alongside episodes of hypomania. The difficult side: • Racing thoughts and a mind that won’t switch off • Deep depressive episodes and loss of motivation • Very little sleep during hypomania • Anxiety, irritability and feeling overwhelmed • Impulsive decisions or risk-taking • Isolation and self-doubt • The exhaustion that can follow a high period But there can also be strengths in the person living with it: • Creativity and original thinking • Huge amounts of drive and energy at times • Passion and enthusiasm • Deep empathy for other people struggling • Resilience built through overcoming difficult periods • Courage to keep getting back up Bipolar is something a person lives with — it isn’t everything they are. Some days you’re fighting a battle nobody else can see. Some days you’re flying. Some days you’re simply trying to make it through. Whatever the day brings, keep fighting and keep talking. 🎙️ THE VOICE FOR THE VOICELESS Real Talk • Real Battles • Real Voices @RingtoneGym @londonwcb #bipolar #mentalhealth

So many people are uneducated about boxing where they think that it’s just two men brawling but there is a lot of similarities between them both listen below 👇 Theres not much difference between Chess ♟️ and Boxing 🥊 Chess can burn up to 6000 calories Visualisation Calculation Evaluation Pruning Planning Adaptation Pattern recognition Prophylaxis (which means playing from your opponents point of view) Eye to error Resilience Memory Foresight Agile Focus Flow state Creative Confidence Leads to better planning Protection of the development against dementia Problem solving Thinking skills Social and development behaviour Teaches you how to win or lose It can help you realise the consequences of your actions Builds confidence Helps you remain calm under pressure Strategy Endurance Self accountability - your move your choice your mistake timing Sacrifice Stamina Creativity Patience Perseverance Adaptable Calm under pressures @RingtoneGym @londonwcb #chess #boxing
