“Our profession is built around the support of people coming out and giving us their time. The least that we can do is give them performances that they can be proud of.”
BJ Callaghan talks about delivering Nashville their first Supporters’ Shield.

Can’t believe this needs to be said, but this is not a real quote.
Face of the week, easily.
Potentially commentary of the year here from @SachaKljestan.
For @MLS: Nashville SC aren't content after winning the Supporters' Shield for the first time in club history.

"Perhaps Nashville SC's greatest success in 2026 is giving the city a team that looks like them, plays like them, and brings them joy week in and week out."
Nashville SC are the 2026 Supporters' Shield winners, and they're bringing Music City together.
Red Bulls are carving Miami apart at will, should have scored three or four goals, and have been more wasteful than maybe any team I've seen this season.
Messi is going to come off the bench in the second half and RBNY are going to pay for all these misses.

Nashville SC has been the model of consistency since joining MLS in 2020. One of the very best examples of executing an expansion build + evolving from that success
- Made the playoffs in 6 of 7 seasons
- Two trophies (2026 Shield, 2025 Open Cup)
- Squads have included an MVP (Hany Mukhtar) & Defender of the Year (Walker Zimmerman)
And would be surprised if BJ Callaghan (coach), Max Woledzi (DotY) & Brian Schwake (GKotY) aren’t at least finalists this year.
Nashville SC are officially the 2026 Supporters' Shield champions.
70 points through 31 matches, five points away from setting the single-season points record.
They tie the MLS record for fewest games needed to clinch the Shield.
Incredible season from the 'Yotes!
