btw the most Revealing thing was that RotS obviously is trying to be shakespearean in nature but without shakespearean wit or rhythm so the entire thing just falls flat. yes shakespeares tragedies had charm to them, especially the romantic ones (which this is!)
revenge of the sith and pride and prejudice (2005) had theatrical anniversary rereleases at the same time and double featuring them was quite Revealing
“you can see everything” encourages us to “look at the documents” but then you look and her many crimes involve practically driving a man to suicide. might be nice context to have when she says she doesn’t have anything to feel remorseful about. maybe.
ironically funny tweet rn given that dungeon crawler carl is absolutely dominating the book space. litrpg is the next big wave and that’s specifically because art evolves when inspirational breadth is wide.
do i like litrpg novels? cant say i do. but theres so much to learn from different forms of storytelling and creatives who limit themselves are stunting themselves.
Zack Snyder reveals he is pro-gay and that ‘300’ is “one of the gayest movies ever made.”
“300” is one of the gayest movies ever made. I always go, “Look, there are few movies where people come in straight and come out gay, and ‘300’ is one of them.”

btw female characters are sexually harassed on a regular basis but that never goes multiplatinum. this story not about safety… but rather entertainment ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ harassment from men is to be expected, awkwardness from women is deserving of ridicule
mashallah. it’s only like they’ve been talking about doing this for the last 20 years.

Really great D23 parks panel so far:
-We’re bringing the original theme to a ride back
-We’re bringing an effect back that’s been broken for 20 years
-We’re not rethemeing a classic ride to what we announced a couple D23s ago
a whole spider-man land and they’re sticking to the spider bots and not doing something like a green goblin hang glider ride??? at disney imagineering if you ask about putting a spider-man rogue in an attraction they kill you.

i’m so embarrassing every year I’m like oh who cares that I’m not at d23 and then they do something like bring out Gloria Gaynor to sing I Will I Survive (?) during the parks panel (????) and I’m like okay maybe I do wish I was there. very badly.
