Trump has one foot in the grave with all his illnesses, physical and psychological. A defeat in the midterm will accelerate it. Netanyahu is a pariah genocidal creep, being hunted, and is bound for Hague. So as they see the end is coming, are these two planning on going out in a blaze of glory by nuking the world? Stop them now.

48 hours before Nixon landed in China, Kissinger sent him a TOP SECRET memo.
Dated February 19, 1972, it offered a remarkably candid psychological and strategic assessment of Chairman Mao Zedong and Premier Zhou Enlai.
A few lines caught my eye:
"They see history on their side."
In the previous pages, Kissinger recognized something remarkable about China's leaders: they were deeply ideological, yet extraordinarily pragmatic. They understood the long game of history.
But Kissinger also understood something crucial: both men were in their seventies. Time was running out, and they wanted to secure their country's future before leaving the political stage.
He warned Nixon that China would judge America not merely by its words, but by its seriousness, reliability, and willingness to deliver on its commitments.
And then came his chilling final warning:
History might remember Nixon's visit as "a gallant but stillborn venture."
Nixon himself underlined numerous passages in this classified memo.
Two days later, he walked into Mao's study in Beijing's Zhongnanhai.
By the end of the visit, the two countries had issued the Shanghai Communique.
Kissinger had warned of a historic failure. Instead, Nixon, Mao, and Zhou helped achieve one of the most consequential diplomatic breakthroughs of the Cold War.
Nixon had the courage to reach out. Mao had the strategic vision to respond. And Zhou had the diplomatic skill to help turn that opening into reality.
History wasn't merely on anyone's side that week. It was being made, by both sides.
Before Nixon met Mao in 1972, White House advisers were studying something rather unexpected:
Mao's favorite novels.
Water Margin (水浒传).
Romance of the Three Kingdoms (三国演义).
Dream of the Red Chamber (红楼梦).
Why?
Because they believed these ancient Chinese stories might offer clues to Mao's personality, military instincts, and even how he would deal with the United States.
I came across the original briefing memo at the Nixon Presidential Library ten years ago.
And those handwritten underlines and annotations you see in the photos? They're Nixon's own.
And some of its conclusions were fascinating. Now take a closer look at the pages. What do you think caught the President's eye?

To us Chinese, Mao Zedong is our hero.
Mao uplifted farmers and the working class in China, united the Chinese people, led us to defeat foreign invaders, and founded an independent country so we could all live with dignity.
Mao supported the heroic struggle of the African people against imperialism and colonialism.
He was one of the greatest leaders in world history, and one of the most demonized by the West.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Mao Zedong is under any single social metric a dictator. Not a single popular election, single government party and lifetime leadership. Not even taking into account the millions of deaths under his reign.

In 2002, the state of Washington told Lydia Fairchild she was not the mother of the children she had carried and raised.
She was 26, pregnant with her third, and had recently separated from their father, Jamie Townsend. When she applied for public assistance, DNA testing was routine. The results confirmed Townsend as the father. They found no genetic connection between Fairchild and any of the children. The lab repeated the test. The outcome did not change.
Prosecutors began discussing welfare fraud. They raised the possibility that she had been a surrogate who kept the babies or had obtained the children by other means. They mentioned a polygraph.
She said she would take one. Instead the state issued a court summons and moved toward removing the children from her care.
When she went into labor with the third child, a court officer stood in the delivery room to witness the birth and supervise the blood draw.
The sample was taken from the newborn minutes after delivery, in the presence of a witness, so the chain of custody would be beyond dispute. Two weeks later the result came back: no match.
Her attorney, Alan Tindell, had read a case published that May in the New England Journal of Medicine. A 52-year-old Boston woman named Karen Keegan had needed a kidney transplant.
Two of her three sons did not match her DNA when tested as potential donors. Researchers later found a second genetic profile in her thyroid tissue. Tindell brought the paper into court and argued that his client might be the same rare biological phenomenon.
Investigators tested Fairchild’s parents, then sampled her skin and hair. Finally they tested a cervical smear. Those cells matched the children.
Fairchild is a chimera. Early in her mother’s pregnancy, two fertilized eggs that would have become fraternal twins fused into a single embryo.
She developed as one person carrying two distinct sets of DNA. Most of her body operates on one lineage. Her reproductive tissue operates on the other—the lineage she passed to her children.
The charges were dropped. She kept her children.
The case remains one of the clearest documented examples of tetragametic chimerism, a condition that can make a mother appear genetically unrelated to the children she gave birth to, until the right tissue is tested. 🌹

China's rise was due to the foundation Mao Zedong built in ending Western colonialism and restoring China's place in the world.
If you want to learn more about how China ended extreme poverty, grab a copy of my new book "China's War on Poverty" which is the first in a series I am developing "Navigating the Chinese Dream."
I chose the series title because of the words of a school student in China who said that "The Chinese dream is where everyone becomes rich together."
It's available on Amazon under my pen name Jason RB Smith.
Mao Zedong started China on its journey back to its place as the most powerful economy in the world, and the West will never forgive him for it.
China haters dislike Mao Zedong because he successfully ended a century of colonial exploitation.
Go to any site of Mao statues in China and you will see lines of people taking pictures with him, all day long, everyday.
Make no mistake, he is not only a hero of the people of China, but of oppressed people the world over.

The moment the USSR collapsed, many Soviet officers suddenly found themselves transformed overnight - from “defenders” into “occupiers” in the eyes of the new states.
The country they had sworn to protect was gone. Salaries disappeared, command structures crumbled, ideology vanished. Yet they continued serving, maintaining order and remaining loyal to their duty despite the chaos surrounding them.
That contrast is what still angers many people about the collapse of the Soviet Union: ordinary people honored the oath they had taken while Gorbachev, Yeltsin, and other leaders who dismantled the USSR did not bother to keep theirs.
