Sometimes, venusians underestimate how much taking care of their appearance can improve their life✨️
these retrogrades are showing you that, sometimes the clarity we need doesn't come from getting someone else to explain themselves. it comes from finally being honest with ourselves about what we've already seen.
💫 monday, october 26 the taurus full moon squares pluto in aquarius, and the sun in scorpio squares pluto too. we're dealing with power, control, resistance, and the things that come to the surface when we can no longer pretend something isn't bothering us. this is where you start seeing what you're attached to, what you're trying to control, and what you're holding onto because letting go means facing an uncomfortable truth. not everything that feels like a threat is something you need to fight. it could also be showing you where you've outgrown an old way of being.
the moon squares mars in leo later evening, adding another layer of tension. pride can get involved, reactions can get bigger than the situation, and the need to have the last word can get the best of people.
meanwhile, venus rx in libra begins opposing chiron rx in aries, exact on october 28. relationships can bring old wounds around rejection, reciprocity, self-worth, and being chosen back to the surface. pay attention to where you're compromising yourself to keep the peace, or where someone else's inability to meet you is making you question your own worth.
you can love someone and still recognize where the relationship hurts. you can want peace without abandoning yourself to get it. this energy is asking you to be honest about the difference.
about 2.5 hours until the moon is at 100% full, she's so bright 🤩🌕

💫 sunday, october 25 venus rx has regressed back into libra early this morning, bringing relationship dynamics, old patterns, and the balance between self and others back into focus. we’re taking another look at what we give, what we receive, and where we may have compromised ourselves just to keep things peaceful.
the aries moon trines jupiter, giving us a little push to trust ourselves, before meeting up with chiron rx and opposing venus rx in libra. this can bring old wounds around independence, rejection, and relationships to the surface. the tension is between honoring what we need and keeping everyone else comfortable. you can love someone and still recognize where you’ve been abandoning yourself.
the moon moves into taurus this evening, setting the tone for the full moon at 12:11 am edt. this taurus full moon is in a tight square to pluto in aquarius, with a wider opposition to chiron rx in aries. this is where things can get uncomfortable, because pluto doesn’t let us keep pretending something is stable when the foundation is changing. we’re looking at our attachments, our values, our security, and what we’ve been holding onto out of fear rather than genuine alignment.
this full moon is asking us to get honest about what actually makes us feel secure. not what looks good on the outside, not what we’ve convinced ourselves we need, but what gives us a solid foundation to build from. sometimes the thing we’re afraid to lose is the very thing keeping us from growing.
I haven't really talked much about my weight loss journey, but I've lost about 20ish pounds since May. I got a medium sweatshirt at the football game today and it's even *a little loose* on me. it's been almost a decade since I could say that. 🥹
‼️🥳 we have mercury rx 3 or 4 times every year and we have survived every single one of them. self awareness isn't a fad, it's literally mercury rx saying look at yourself before you point at anything else.
Mercury Retrograde isn't a temporary drill or an annual inconvenience, it is a brutal reminder that integration is a permanent lifestyle.
Learning a lesson means nothing if you turn around and repeat the exact same reaction the second an old trigger surfaces. Continually falling for the same trap destroys your alignment, forfeits golden opportunities, and traps you in the exact survival loop you claim you want to escape.

I wish more women knew suffering in the pursuit of romance is not normal and there is no prize for endurance. Love should feel beautiful and fun. I am tired of seeing women suffer in the name of being loved.

Horrible people are exhausting to be around. We all have faults and flaws, but to choose to be mean and evil every single day is just abnormal to me. If I can’t advance in life because im not a bitch all the time, then I’m not advancing lmfao
💫 the shamanic path of scorpio is learning how to enter the darkness without becoming it. scorpio is the descent into the underworld. it's the willingness to sit with the parts of yourself you've buried, the grief you've avoided, the desires you've judged, and the truths you've been afraid to speak out loud. it's understanding that not everything that dies is a loss, and not everything that hurts is meant to be healed by returning to what was.
the unevolved scorpio can become consumed by the darkness. it can mistake control for safety, secrecy for protection, revenge for justice, and emotional intensity for intimacy. it can become so familiar with survival that it forgets what it feels like to live without anticipating betrayal.
but the shamanic path asks for something deeper. can you enter the darkness without losing yourself in it? can you witness another person's shadow without making it your responsibility to save them? can you hold power without needing to control? can you experience betrayal without allowing it to turn your heart into the very thing that wounded you?
scorpio is an alchemist. the one who understands that transformation requires an honest encounter with what is hidden. not bypassing the pain. not romanticizing the trauma. not pretending to be above the human experience because you've found something spiritual. the medicine of scorpio is learning how to transform pain into wisdom without making pain your identity.
this is the shaman who has walked through the fire, descended into the underworld, retrieved the parts of themselves they abandoned to survive, and returned with a deeper understanding of life, death, intimacy, power, and rebirth. they no longer need to expose every shadow, win every power struggle, or prove how much darkness they've survived. they know what lives in the dark because they've met it within themselves.
and that's the initiation of scorpio... realizing that your power was never in how deeply you could descend into the darkness, but in your ability to return to the light without denying what you found there.
