Our public address announcer - Richard Jones - and his popular band Whiskey Creek Revival headline SRO (Sold Right Out!) event at Penniac this month. Tiny place doing great community events. Jonesie will avoid the powerfest portion, but @billsby will be a game day decision!

Shelby MacIsaac is our league’s social media director & one heck of a student-athlete with @UNBAthletics - she captured gold in the 400M hurdles (1:00.01) competing for New Brunswick at the Canada Summer Games in St. John’s. Congratulations, Shelby.

A pair of Miramichi basketball giants had an emotional reunion last night. Bailey Black of @ProlineStadium Legacy Cup champion @hericanesbball presented her mentor and Miramichi sportsman Art Gremley with a championship hoody. It’s about giving back. Well done, Bailey!

Outstanding to see our Robbi Daley speak to participants at NB 55+ Games in Fredericton. Robbi said ‘competing in sports does not have an expiry date.’ Nailed it. As usual. Thanks to She Is Active NB for the opportunity to promote our @the_mwba team & this weekend’s Legacy Cup.
