For future longevity protocols, two important strategies stand out to me Keeping HbA1c Low (≤ 5.2%) What this means: HbA1c reflects average blood sugar and the extent of early glycation Why it matters Higher HbA1c → more glycation→ more AGE formation AGEs stiffen proteins in the extracellular matrix (ECM), such as collagen which reduces elasticity A stiffness that manifests as Blood vessels > hypertension, vascular aging Skin > loss of elasticity, wrinkles etc 2. Regular Use of GHK-Cu As we know In human plasma GHK is present at about 200 micrograms/liter in men of age 20–25 but declines to 80 micrograms/liter by age 60–80 Key benefits - Collagen & ECM regeneration - Antioxidant & anti-glycation activity - Gene expression modulation: - Upregulates repair pathways - Downregulates pro-inflammatory genes - It also inhibits matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), enzymes that would normally degrade ECM, preserving skin structure. By supporting overall ECM turnover and repair it can help counteract AGE-induced stiffening Preserving vascular & skin health The problem is HBA1C is earned through diet and exercise, peptides can be bought...

So it begins.
Feel like theres going to be alot of future reddit posts where guys complain about missing out on the best years of their life because they were too busy optimizing for longevity and forgot about presence, unfortunately, you can't bank the experience of being 25 and withdraw it when you're 65. Enjoy those prime years.

I have become increasingly suspectible to genuine personalised outreach since the onslaught of automated AI slop DMS Behind the belief that it has become increasingly valuable to be someone who actually cares and put enough intent behind a message

Productivity hacks should be simple Define ambiguous objective/goal Break said objective or goal into smaller actionable inputs that can be executed immediately Then upload defined micro tasks to an app so you can check them off 1 by 1, everything else is performative slop that doesn't survive real world conditions.

If you've been struggling with sinus issues from suspected mold colonisation, nasodren and sovereign silver are worth looking into. Both are extremely effective for sinus health and drainage.

This is a case where statistics aren't an accurate reflection of reality. Put your kids in grappling sports if you want them to be in close proximity with the rich famous and white collar professionals, also instills discipline & resilience unlike gold or football.
Since 2019, tennis is up 72% among kids 6–12. Golf is up 55%. Parents finally figured out which sports lead to success and can be played for life.

A few times this year, my son was extremely sick and had to be taken to hospital. During these periods, I had maybe 10–11 hours of sleep over an entire week. (those who have slept in hospitals before know the drill) For reference I wasn't taking any supplements, peptides, or training at all. Had to rawdog it on hospital food and caffeine. When I returned to my normal routine, I evidently realised why I do all of this in the first place. It's an insurance policy on energy when things go wrong, not optimising for the sake of optimising. Create a support system for durability not fragility.

You need to be utilizing every glucose disposal agent If you want to be in the top 1% of sugar/carb handlers - post meal walks - post meal red-light - bioperine - super berberine (berberine-cyclodextrin complex) - more muscle mass - zone 2 throughout the week - magnesium simple.
Most people assume that bringing down blood sugar after a meal takes a real workout, something like a brisk half hour or a trip to the gym. The research says the amount of movement needed is far smaller than that, and when you move matters even more than how long. The reason sits in your muscles. When a muscle contracts, it pulls sugar out of the blood without needing insulin to open the door. The protein that carries the sugar in, called GLUT4, rises to the surface of the muscle cell in response to two separate signals, and muscle contraction is one of them. That is why movement lowers blood sugar even in people whose insulin works poorly, and why the effect shows up within minutes instead of after weeks of training. A 2026 trial tested how little movement it takes. Thirty adults came in on two evenings and drank a standard sugar drink with 75 grams of glucose. On one evening they stayed seated, and on the other they stepped up and down stairs for a single minute at whatever pace felt comfortable. They rated the effort 1.9 out of 10, barely more than sitting. In the hour after the drink, their blood sugar rose about 42 percent less after the minute of stairs than after sitting, and their total sugar exposure across the session was lower too. The researchers chose the evening on purpose, because the same amount of sugar pushes blood sugar higher at night than it does in the morning. One minute is right at the edge of what works, and it does not work in every situation. The same research group ran the comparison in the morning with bouts of 1, 3 and 10 minutes after the sugar drink. Three and ten minutes lowered blood sugar, while one minute did not come close to making a difference. When they repeated it after a real mixed meal of 650 calories, one minute did help, trimming the blood sugar rise by about 14 points on a standard glucose meter. So a single minute seems to be enough after a normal meal and in the evening, but not reliably after a morning sugar drink. Three minutes worked in every version they tested, which makes three the safer number to aim for. Timing turned out to matter more than length. A 2023 analysis pooled eight trials with 116 people, about 4 in 10 of whom had type 2 diabetes, and compared exercising before a meal, after a meal, and not at all. Moving after the meal beat moving before it and beat doing nothing. Moving before the meal worked no better than sitting still. The analysis also found that the shorter the gap between finishing the meal and starting to move, the bigger the benefit, so a short walk taken right away does more than a longer one taken an hour later. The useful change is in the ten minutes after you finish eating. Sitting down is what most of us do by default, and for blood sugar it is one of the weakest choices available. Climb the stairs if you have them or take a walk if you do not, and keep in mind that starting sooner matters more than going longer. The middle east is ahead in health tech and sandboxes But behind in health, something something necessity is the mother of invention
the craziest thing I've noticed out here in the UAE is how modern living is especially toxic for their genotype environment-genotype mismatch If you thought the standard American diet and modern indoor living was bad for us in the US, wait till you see what's happening here Take generations of pearl divers and fisherman and put them indoors with SADiet...what do you get? massive chronic disease infertility (IVF clinics here are making $$$), early cancers, insomnia, heart disease, obesity etc kind of similar to what has happened to Native Americans in the US but without the socio-economic implications and what do the clinics offer them here? expensive stem cells and shitty protocols it really starts with light hygiene. MSH is needed here. bioregulators will help. hormone replacement will be needed.
